All in all it was good. The kitchen in particular always conjured up delicious things.The rooms are very clean, slight renovation work. This time our travel group was also able to sit comfortably together in the dining room.Sauna, bath and massages, everything was great.WiFi worked very well.

Attention to all smokers and vapers, this is an absolutely non-smoking and non-vaper hotel. It's not even allowed to smoke on the balcony, but in our room it smells like smoke even though it has been perfumed. The staff is very friendly. Room otherwise clean.

Location super central, rooms ok, reception very friendly, but dining room is far too small and a mass process. Waiting in line for minutes for a coffee, unbearable crowds behind and next to you and a level of noise that I have never experienced before. Unfortunately, the service staff there has adapted to the negative.

Absolutely recommended.Well-kept, clean hotel with a wide range of food and drinks.Good leisure opportunities in a well-kept environment.Absolutely reliable and extremely friendly and courteous, active staff.It's hard to beat the selection of options in the Restaurant & Bar category in this price range.The employees are consistently friendly and accommodating = excellent!Located directly at the spa gardens is a great thing.Good parking options with 2 (!) disabled parking spaces in front of the entrance and the hotel's own underground car park are ideal.

We were there at the end of September for a weekend arrangement and canceled after one day.Room directly above the kitchen/goods receiving/smoking area. Staff complained about the noise and odor nuisance - they were fully booked and should ask again the next day. At 6 a.m. on Sunday we were woken up by the smell of bacon. The smell of the kitchen was deep in the carpet and curtains - the whole room smells unpleasant. Rooms are completely outdated, worn out, urgently in need of renovation, as was the bathroom, which wasn't really clean when we arrived - the whole hotel needs an urgent renovation as it is no longer up to date.It's incomprehensible how Dehoga Bayern still gives 4* here with a clear conscience. Scamming that such rooms are even given to paying guests (room price €192 upwards) - absolute impudence.Stay away from this hotel!Similar reviews like this can be found on various portals - they all correspond 100% to reality.Clients over 70, you should know.We're just chasing our money.It's just as incomprehensible that there are reviews here with 5/5 stars, it leaves me speechless. I hope that all of these people were in a 4* house that fully meets the parameters to see the relationship.A hotel like this is a slap in the face for every 4* that meets or exceeds its parameters - dear Dehoga Bavaria!

Nice but relatively old hotel. Unfortunately without air conditioning. When the outside temperature is 30 degrees, you would be happy about such luxury. Especially since the overnight stay is a bit more expensive (but definitely on average for the surrounding accommodations).Otherwise everything is really clean. The breakfast selection was more than sufficient and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.The in-house swimming pool is pleasantly warm and not too overcrowded. The garden with various loungers and seating areas is ideal for relaxing.If you arrive by car, there is a cheap parking space available in the underground car park.The center and park are within walking distance.Definitely recommended!

We were in Bad Füssing for the first time.4 stars are absolutely justified.Wellness in the house and the Johannisttherme is just under 1 km away. We had half board in buffet form.Large selection of different dishes every day. A flat rate for drinks with dinner is definitely worth it.The staff from the reception desk to the kitchen, service and housekeeping are extremely polite and courteousAbsolutely recommended, we will be back

We had booked a short vacation and arrived on August 15, 2024.Check-in went smoothly and the staff are very friendly.Everything was explained to us in relative detail.The entrance and lobby are very good and it also smells pleasantly fresh.However, when we entered our room we were almost shocked.It felt like 40 degrees inside and no air conditioning, no subsequently installed roller shutters, just an ancient blackout curtain from the 70s. This no longer corresponds to a four star hotel today. Unfortunately, we weren't able to sleep properly and restfully for a single night.We had to keep the balcony door open all night to make it at least a little more bearable.The small side effect was that we didn't have to turn on any lights because the hotel advertising brightly illuminated our room. The rooms are generally no longer up to date and are getting old. Since more and more aging generations are staying there, I particularly criticize the shower cubicle, which is not barrier-free and does not have a grab handle.The fittings are outdated and absolutely out of date.Carpet doesn't work anymore.Use of the underground car park for three euros a day is positive.The next hammer came at dinner. Because of the temperatures, I was wearing shorts and a nice shirt. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed into the dining room like that. I asked the manager if this was mandatory given the temperatures and where the air conditioning was! There was probably climate in some area of the dining room but unfortunately not where our seat was.Luckily I had long pants with me so I was allowed in. Another couple wasn't so lucky, they didn't have long pants with them and were allowed to eat their food in the room?!?I also don't think this dress code is up to date. If the temperatures are appropriate, the dress code could be relaxed slightly using signs. Because shorts can also be chic. It can't be swimming trunks. And otherwise, the hotel should at least have a pair of long over-trousers available for the guest to avoid conflicts.The buffet is absolutely rich and has something for everyone. Both at the evening buffet and at breakfast.The staff is very friendly and attentive. But it should actually be like that everywhere. The environment is beautiful, very quiet and relaxed. The same goes for the thermal baths. There are plenty of leisure activities and local public transport works very well and is free with the guest card.I think we don't want to go there anymore.

Rooms clean but also shabby. Recommendation for other guests: Avoid June, July and August. A lack of air conditioning at 33 degrees and around 35 degrees in the room says it all. Then there are the moral police in front of the dining room, your socks and long trousers are checked before you are let in, so that you can then enjoy the warm iron while soaked in sweat. No wonder some people collapse.

We have on August 15th. Checked in. When we entered the hotel our impression was still quite good. The lady at the reception was super nice, explained everything to us and was very accommodating. The lobby and the adjacent bar also made a very good impression, as they were relatively new and modern.When we got to our room at 2 p.m., we got the first setback. If it's more than 30 degrees, there's no way to turn on ventilation or air conditioning because it doesn't exist. Even on the balcony it was cooler than in the room! The room itself was completely outdated and worn out - just not what you would expect as standard these days. We then went to the wellness area. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also disappointing. A relatively small pool with just 5 indoor loungers. The outdoor area wasn't really inviting for lying down because it was completely in the sun. NOT AN OPTION with sensitive skin!The wellness area was open from 3 p.m. This was the only place that really impressed us. Here too, everything was newly renovated, neat and clean. You had a nice opportunity to lie inside and outside (also in the shade). However, this area was only open from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., so that was little consolation.The real hit came during dinner in the hotel's restaurant. We wanted to go out to eat dressed appropriately for the temperature (me in a dress, my partner in shorts and a T-shirt) and were then politely asked out of the restaurant by the restaurant owner because my partner wasn't wearing long trousers. We explained that we didn't have long pants with us, and he then suggested that I could also lend my partner a dress or skirt. Such a comment is more than inappropriate and should definitely be avoided.We then hoped that we would get help at reception. NO CHANCE. Here too, they showed no understanding for our situation, which really saddened us.We then agreed with the restaurant owner that I could put food on a tray for us in the restaurant and eat together with my partner in the room.After an underwhelming second day, we met on August 16th. Decided to leave rather than endure the remaining two days.This hotel was definitely the worst vacation I have ever experienced and is not worth the trip. I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances and find 4 stars disproportionately high for these services.

- An outdated hotel…- Rooms in summer with a pleasant 30 degrees plus without air conditioning (it was even hotter in the bathroom)- An employee at breakfast who followed me at 9.40 to see how much I had on my plate and told me with a raised finger that breakfast ends at 10. But many things were no longer refilled after 9.30...

How this hotel got 4 stars remains a mystery to me. No air conditioning, stuffy air in the room, the door to the balcony is broken and almost falls off its hinge, ventilation negative, elevator broken, the carpet in the room has stains everywhere, the sink and shower are very worn out. I really can't recommend this hotel. If you would give it 2-3 stars maybe, but definitely not 4 stars!

Underfloor heating runs at full speed in summer (when the outside temperature is 35 degrees). According to the staff, this is okay and not a temporary situation.Room not habitable. It was hell.
