The location of the apartment was great, the dog beach was the distance as stated.The apartment was nice, but there were a lot of small defects: the TV armchair was torn open, there were cobwebs in the corners, the windows were very dirty (bird droppings), the veneer on the furniture in the bathroom was peeling off and the bottom edge of the entrance door to the bathroom was coming off on, small mold corners in the shower, the shower was also not tight, there was always a large amount of water in front of the shower, the vacuum cleaner was broken, the cupboard in which the cleaning supplies were stored was very Dirty, the bicycle parking space was lockable but far too small for 4 bicycles (two junk bikes were in the bike rack the whole time)

We stayed in Scharbeutz in the Muschel 1 apartment with two adults and two children.We can absolutely recommend the apartment. The location was very central and close to the sea. The apartment was very clean and nothing was missing. The sofa bed was really great, very comfortable and large. We were super satisfied and will definitely come back.

We had a very nice time in Timmendorf.The apartment was very clean and lovingly furnished.There was nothing missing in the furnishings, so we felt very comfortable. The small garden and the parking space directly behind the apartment were ideal.Wonderfully quiet location and only 2 streets from the Baltic Searemoved !We have booked our next vacation there again.

The holiday apartment "Strandliebe" in Niendorf is very nice: modern furnishings, functional layout with lots of space, close to the beach, indoor seawater pool, bakery, Edeka. Spacious underground car park with direct access to the stairwell. The service is great - a kettle was replaced within a few hours and a second key for the apartment was provided at our request. We would love to come back!

We booked the Ocean Suite. The apartment didn't live up to the name. Here is my assessment:Very dirty mattresses (large stains), the artificial leather on the bed is coming off, behind the bedside tables it was very dirty (dust lint)Bathroom: no hairdryer, bathroom door very dirty, the water in the shower didn't drain, corners were black, shower doors were stuck and not fastened properly, heating thermostat and radiator dirty. Bathroom door not wiped for a long time.

The employee at check-in was very friendly.The apartment was good. Unfortunately, the previous final cleaning left a lot to be desired. €79 for the final cleaning is therefore too much. Our objection was accommodated. That's very good.Otherwise great view, but the house is quite noisy.

The Shell Seeker apartment in Haffkrug is unique.Very nicely decorated and the location couldn't be better.If you sit on the balcony in the morning having breakfast, you can already enjoy the sun and have the feeling that your feet are in the Baltic Sea, which is just a few meters away in all its glory. The great new pier is close enough to touch.Unfortunately I had to deduct one star because the visually beautiful sofa is so low and soft that I couldn't use it.But we really enjoyed our time and will be repeat offenders ;-))

Very nice and well located holiday apartment. Nice view from the balcony. Well equipped kitchen.A small suggestion would perhaps be to install a television in the bedroom.Otherwise everything was great, we were in the same house for the second time.

Our experiences were mixed. When we arrived, our contact person was a young lady who, in our opinion, could have been friendlier. We pointed out a different feature from the offer and she said to us, somewhat condescendingly, that she would have to look at it for herself or read it first. Of course we were right. I would have expected an apology. But no. When we had a problem in the apartment, another lady and her older colleague solved it excellently and in a friendly manner.

Holiday apartment dream beachThe apartment is located directly on the beach avenue and just a few meters from the Baltic Sea. It extends over 2 floors, basement and ground floor. In the basement there is a terrace and on the ground floor there is a balcony, each with a view of the carport and the countryside. There is an elevator in the house. There is no direct view of the Baltic Sea or a side view is possible.The apartment is in top condition and everything is neat and clean. The equipment goes beyond the usual standard of a holiday apartment. Living room and both bedrooms have TV. Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer. All devices have been properly cleaned and are in new condition.Restaurants and snack bars are within walking distance.We really liked the apartment.

With the agency “Baltic Appartements” I was able to experience wonderful holidays in the Bay of Lübeck in July. I met a particularly nice team. My suitcases, which I had checked in with Hermes, were carefully delivered to my apartment by the Baltic team. Kudos also to the building services, whose helping hands were able to help me immediately after my phone call when the bedside lamp didn't work.Once again, thank you very much for the beautiful accommodation right on the beach and your friendly willingness to help with many tourist questions.Kind regards👍⛱️⛱️⛱️⛱️⛱️😀

Were received very friendly in the office!The apartment is only separated from the street and footpath/bicycle path on the beach. It's fantastic when you can look out to sea from the living room or the well-equipped balcony (with loungers).The equipment of the apartment we rented in hafkrug has everything your heart could desire. And that ranges from dishes for more than 4 people to 3 TVs to a washing machine and dryer!There was only one small drawback when we moved into the apartment: garbage from the previous tenant and an unemptied dishwasher...But this would have been resolved immediately after a call to the placement office!In summary, a lovely holiday in a feel-good atmosphere. Nothing more is possible.Gladly again if the opportunity arises!

Review of the holiday apartment “Flotte Sprotte” in SierksdorfWe moved into the “Flotte Sprotte” holiday apartment at the end of August 2024 and were unfortunately very disappointed with the condition of the accommodation. As soon as we arrived, we noticed numerous defects and impurities that significantly affected our stay:Bathroom and hygiene:The trash can and toilet brush holder in the bathroom don't seem to have been cleaned for a long time.The sink's valve cone was not properly screwed into the screw connection, which meant that the stopper could no longer be opened.There were large cobwebs and dust in the corners of the bathroom and bedroom.The fittings in the shower are heavily calcified.The lamp in the bathroom above the shower was broken - something that should have been easy to notice when cleaning.Mold growth in the corners of the shower is also visible.The rosettes on the radiators, which are embedded in the floor, have apparently not been cleaned for a long time.Kitchen:The kitchenette in particular has a lot of contamination, especially the oven, the extractor hood, the trash can and the drawers. These obviously haven't been thoroughly cleaned for some time.A drawer under the table was still full of crumbs.Generally:The parking situation is also unsatisfactory: although there are five parking spaces, larger vehicles barely fit into the designated areas.Suggestions for improvement:Installing fly screens would be very helpful in keeping the apartment free of insects. And to ventilate properly at night, as it was very hot in the apartment.The parking situation should be reconsidered to offer guests more space and comfort.It's very annoying when you look forward to your vacation and are then confronted with so many shortcomings. For a holiday apartment in this price range, we clearly expect a higher level of cleanliness and care.Baltic Apartments responded within a day and announced that it would discuss the issue with the cleaning company. Let's see if things go better in the future.

Very well-equipped, well-maintained new university of applied sciences, close to the Niendorf harbor, bakers and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away, and the supermarket is about 7 minutes away by bike. The busy thoroughfare to/from Timmendorf passes behind the FH. However, the driving noise cannot be heard when the windows are closed because of the good insulation. The outdoor seating is spacious, only at the moment. A bit bare and totally obscure because of the garden that hasn't been laid out yet. All windows can be darkened from the outside. Additional curtains would be desirable in the bedrooms.

We stayed in the Beach Life apartment No.3 in Scharbeutz. Facilities, location and comfort of the apartment were great. The space in the underground car park is a minus point, but there is a public car park nearby. The problems with the elevator and heating have been solved.Both the owners of the apartment and the Baltic Appartements team made a lot of effort. A big thank you to everyone. We felt very comfortable.

We have been booking with Baltic Appartements for years and live in the Duckdalben App.9 house in Haffkrug.The team at Baltic Appartements is always nice, friendly and very helpful. There have never been any problems or anything negative. App.9 is not a modern/comfortable one, but what you need is there.The terrace could be made a little nicer and closed with a small fence/gate. It is also safer for dogs when closed.And since it's 2024, it would be time for WiFi too!Otherwise, again and again, like every year 🐾🩷😎🏖️☀️🌾
