The four of us booked an overnight stay during the autumn holidays so we could take the ferry to Lolland.Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very rich and tasty.

This was my fourth time there and this time I was very disappointed and will not be coming back. The room was not clean, a lot of dust, toilet dirty, dead spider and mosquitoes under the pillow, dead bugs on the floor, mirror greasy, old hairspray can from the previous owner under the sink. Breakfast wasn't convincing either. I had to beg for coffee and organize it myself. The first day I had a pot on the table, the other two days I always had to ask. First got a pot with a quarter cup of coffee, then a pot with half a cup of coffee in it. Then finally a pot with a little more. SERVICE UNFORTUNATELY ZERO. When I wanted to drink my last cup of coffee outside, the door was locked behind me!!!!!!!! It doesn't work at all!!!!! It's a shame, it used to be nice there, but unfortunately not anymore.

The Aparthotel Museumshof is a real little feel-good place. Everything is nice and well-kept, the breakfast and service are overwhelming. There are enough parking spaces available so that you can arrive in a relaxed manner.There is one star deduction for the mattresses, unfortunately I had neck pain after every night even though I can get along well with almost all of the beds. In my opinion, savings have been made in the wrong place here.Apart from that, I can highly recommend the accommodation and definitely plan to come back again.

The one night stay was in May but the positive impression remained. Large room, everything very clean and friendly staff. What more could you want?But the highlight was the breakfast. There was almost too much choice for me, but if you like sweet dishes you'll get your money's worth here. The arrangement is something to behold and the selection was gigantic.Short and sweet: No other hotel will be considered for our next stay on Fehmarn.Another positive: E-bike charging station right in front of the entrance.

We spontaneously booked two nights. Found a great starting point for bike tours. The rooms were really big enough and the breakfast was great...very friendly staff, we would have liked to stay… we have to postpone that… see you again, we would love to come back.

Very well-kept hotel complex, very courteous staff and beautiful, well-kept rooms with everything your heart desires.The breakfast is highly recommended, rarely seen so much great selection anywhere.Perfect for a little break with the family.Quietly located and yet everything is easily accessible.

Thank God I found this beautiful hotel by chance the day before and booked it. The room was very well maintained and comfortable, the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast 10/10, everything relaxed, familiar and cozy. The location is near the cliffs and near the castle. However, it is very curvy and a bit dangerous for cyclists due to the lack of cycle paths. I would book again and again!! Great value for money during high season :)

We were there for 4 days.Staff was difficult to understand.The promised cleaning was simply forgotten and we complained to housekeeping, who wanted to check the process. According to customer service, no complaint was reported = they accused me of lying.Overall, very poor staff and poor customer service as well as overall a very poor price/performance ratio (arrival only at 4:00 p.m., departure at 10:00 a.m.). Never again!!!

Our days here were very pleasant. The location is ok, but you have to drive for a nice beach. The breakfast is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired. One disadvantage is that the house is very noisy, especially if you have an apartment on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen is well-equipped and there is plenty of parking space. The price of breakfast is relatively high, so you have to consider whether it is worth it. In our bathroom there was mold on the ceiling in the shower area. We reported this and action was taken immediately. However, the mold was not completely removed as this was not possible with simple home remedies.

Great location. We were only there for two nights but will come back. Very well maintained, rooms, outdoor facilities, everything was great. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. Parking directly in front of the apartment is no problem. Breakfast is great, all at an unbeatable price.

Excellent apartment hotel in a best locationEvaluation:My stay in the apartment was completely positive. The location of the house is unbeatable, surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet. Pure relaxation.Room:The apartment was spacious, clean and modernly furnished. The kitchen was well equipped, which is particularly useful for longer stays. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. The bathroom was also clean and offered enough space.Service:The service was first class.I have never found such a rich and high quality breakfast as here, respect.The staff was friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions or fulfill requests. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and efficiently.Equipment:The lockable bicycle boxes and the charging management for the ebike batteries should be positively mentioned here. Extremely modern.Cleanliness:The cleanliness throughout the apartment and in the public areas was impeccable. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on hygiene here, which is particularly reassuring these days.Conclusion:I can fully recommend the apartment hotel and will definitely come back.
