Nice hostel, friendly staff, not the most modern facilities but everything you need to stay overnight. Close to the Altmühl cycle path. Big plus: bicycle shed with electricity. Minus: proximity to the railway line.

We had booked a three-day tour via Kanuuh.de and stayed at the Seneberger Hof for two nights. The rooms are simple but otherwise flawless and absolutely appropriate for the price.The breakfast is delicious and there is a good selection - there is also a good cappuccino :)The owners are also really nice and make the difference here. Thank you for the great holiday in the Altmühl Valley. We would love to come back again.

We were guests at the Senefelder Hof for one night - the welcome was friendly and they took the time to show us everything, even though we were there very late - our room was clean and very small - unfortunately there was no seating - breakfast was tasty and sufficient - hostess is very cheerful, always has a joke and time for a chat - we can recommend the guesthouse - but you should also be aware that the guesthouse is already getting old and is located at the railway crossing - thanks for your time Them

We really liked the breakfast room and the rich breakfast. The breakfast was really good. We were also able to park and charge our bikes in a garage without any problem. There was also a kitchen with a lounge where you could buy chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices.Unfortunately the room did not correspond to the pictures and was carelessly furnished, without decoration and without a TV. There was also no WiFi. Overall, we unfortunately found the price too high for what was offered. And what also bothered us was the video surveillance in the corridors.

We stayed there one night during our canoe tour.Warm welcome and briefing from the boss. Room was very clean and big enough. (without TV)Breakfast buffet 👍Location: The train including the barrier was unfortunately very, very active. Also the neighbor's barking dogs. 😴

I can only agree with many of the reviews: Super nice hosts, good breakfast, clean room and everything you could need (ear plugs, chilled drinks...). The tenants seem like they are really committed to getting the best out of the old house.

It was a nice, short stay. The two of us stayed there one night for a wedding. The breakfast buffet was also supplemented with a gluten-free option (rolls) upon request. Otherwise, super nice staff and the location was very quiet. Really recommended!

Very friendly, warm hosts at the Senefelder Hof. Delicious, diverse and fresh ingredients for breakfast. Ideal for a stopover on a canoe trip. The hosts loaned us seat cushions for our private canoe free of charge.

We spent one night here on our canoe trip. The rooms are simple but super clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Unfortunately, the train is very close and therefore there is a noise level, but the windows are very well insulated and so that is not a problem. The owners are incredibly friendly and it's fun to talk to them. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Very nicely renovated hostel, with simple rooms. Everything clean and tidy. The operators were extremely helpful and nice. Not far from the river. You can easily start a short hike to a viewpoint from here. The breakfast is very good. Dinner can be had in surrounding restaurants (2) and can be reserved by the operators upon request. Drinks are only available from boxes in the hallway, so when the weather is warm I wish there was a fridge with drinks. During our visit, hikers, cyclists and we on a boat stayed overnight here. That led to nice conversations. We felt very comfortable here.

Inconspicuous from the outside, but Senefelder Hof has everything you need (note, no TV 😀). Beautiful room with no frills, good mattress, super clean, excellent breakfast in a beautifully renovated room, the innkeepers leave nothing to be desired. All around friendly with an absolute feel-good character and individual care. The regional products and the many valuable tips for excursions in the beautiful Altmühltal are great. We would love to come back at any time!

I have never felt so “welcome” in a hotel as I did at the Senefelder Hof!The innkeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. The rooms are relatively simple and not huge, but the mattress was very good and I slept really well. Great breakfast buffet the next morning (including homemade cake and fruit salad).If I ever need a hotel in this area again, I will certainly choose the Senefelder Hof again.

We were welcomed by very friendly and attentive hosts! Very clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect. If we go to the off-road park again we will stay there again. Many thanks again to the nice hosts!
