Very outdated youth hostel with questionable service. The best thing - and that's why the second star - was actually the mattresses/bed. Really good for a youth hostel. But then it stops. You wanted to have a relaxing weekend holiday with children and it was really spoiled by the service. At breakfast yesterday you even had to let yourself be shouted at. When asked if there were still rolls (at 8:20 a.m., breakfast is served until 9:30 a.m.) "No. Unless I'm still baking" in a very cheeky tone. So first the children are provided with something and are forced to switch to muesli. Then the milk was empty and when we asked, we were cheekily told that it would be refilled. A little milk came, but almost nothing was refilled (juices, eggs, chocolate rolls, etc.) and people didn't really feel like asking anymore. The kitchen worker just stood in the kitchen with his arms crossed and that was it.I would specifically exclude the girls from the kitchen in the evenings, because they were always nice.Otherwise you had the feeling that the concept was completely missing. Unfortunately, we didn't feel any hospitality. The dirty toilets etc. only need to be mentioned in passing. We would have liked to have told them when we checked out, but we weren't even asked how our stay was. Overall really disappointing and we often stay in youth hostels, but this was by far the worst.

I think it's OK but the food is bad.The rooms are OK but I find it strange that you are not allowed to eat anything in the rooms. You can hear the disco from upstairs and the drinks machine always sells out the cola. The normal machine is always empty for 2-3 days, but not for the long term.Lg

It's really okay for a youth hostel, but you always had to walk to the top of the mountain and the food didn't taste that tasty either.
