Very warmly furnished...the whole house in white and black..Fam. Senn very friendly and accommodating...room very nice...bathroom is sufficient...view great...breakfast excellent...very quiet, even if the boss is celebrating his birthday...can honestly only recommend the accommodation ....you are in good hands here

3 day stay, which I really enjoyed. The landlady is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast very good, can be arranged individually. The facility is lovingly and tastefully decorated, see the introduction on the website. Everything very clean. Shared fridge with compartments allocated to rooms. Parking space available in front of the house. WiFi perfect. General quiet location. Less than 500 m to the city. Reit im Winkel has two supermarkets and a free gas station just outside (towards Ruhpolding, currently without a wallbox).Conclusion: Absolutely recommended. If the time is right, I'll definitely come back and say thank you for the excellent and refreshing support!

After many years we came back to the Senn family this week. It's always like coming home. We also really liked the novelty of the breakfast order and it tastes fantastic. Even gluten-free no problem at all!! Simply warm and there is attention to detail in every corner.Again and again!!

1A service and the rooms are large and nicely decorated. The location is hard to beat and is not directly on the main road but slightly off it. The center can be reached on foot in a maximum of five minutes and there is parking right outside the door. TOP

Summer vacation 2023 in Reit im Winkl at Haus Rübezahl. Very nice house that is completely booked with 5 guest rooms and 9 guests. The guest breakfast room is located on the ground floor in the Senn family's private apartment. Unfortunately, these small but fine private guesthouses hardly exist anymore. Nice, clean rooms (see photos of our room no. 2, furnished a little differently and not typically Bavarian), very nice and super friendly all-round care from Mrs. Senn. Breakfast is not offered in buffet form, but is served individually at the table. In the course of sustainability and moving away from our “throwaway society”, every guest/room can freely (re)design their breakfast the day before (fill-in sheet). So not everything is provided for everyone, but rather put together specifically. We really liked that. If something is missing or is not available in sufficient quantity, Ms. Senn will take care of it. PS: The tick option for “hazelnut cream” definitely has to be on the breakfast list.  We can highly recommend the accommodation. Quiet breakfast, nice rooms, friendly service, etc. Complaining on a high level: The room doors creak/squeak quite loudly and cannot be unlocked/locked without making a sound. Parking spaces available in front of the house on private property. It's a 5-minute walk to the village center for dinner or to the mini golf course. The location is optimal. We hope for many new, nice guests, please continue in the same way. The concept is right, away from mass tourism.
