Absolute recommendation if you need holiday apartments in Essen.Super clean and super well located, the subway Flora Strasse is right in front of the door and an Edeka is also right around the corner.You hear absolutely nothing from Rüttenscheider Strasse and you can find something to eat and other good destinations on every corner there in the evening.I always enjoy going there

We stayed for 3 nights in June2024 and rented two apartments in the building. This has to be the BEST Rented apartment that I have stayed in across all the cities. The apartment had a fully furnished Large living room + kitchen Stocked to the brim with Utensils, cups & cutlery [Highlight - The Cutlery & utensils were so neatly arranged, I tried to match the arrangement while leaving but could not]. One of the sofa's in the living room was already arranged as a bed before arrival. The sofa was very comfortable and can easily sleep two. Four Stove Hot plate, large fridge, Toaster, Coffee machine and I can just go on talking about the amenities. The bedroom has a very large bed. The Linen & the towels were neat & clean. The apartment is in a very quite neighbourhood 50mts' from the metro station exit. There is a large grocery store next door and multiple Bakery & hotels across the street. If I am in Essen I know where to stay. I'll highly recommend. Bonus tip - The building has a coin washer / dryer although it takes really really long to complete the wash cycles.

The Lothar apartment leaves nothing to be desired. It is large, cozy and has a kitchen with a kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pad machine and dishes. Desk as well as couch and coffee table, comfortable bed, good WiFi and good TV reception. Registration is online, you can enter the house and apartment using a code, no annoying key.Like everywhere else in the center of Essen, the parking situation is terrible, but from the balcony you can easily see when something becomes available nearby.

Always my pleasure!The hosts are very easy to reach, great communication. Everything is always prepared perfectly.I've stayed in two apartments so far. Liz and Hanni, both are spacious and cozy.The proximity to Gruga and Rüttenscheider Straße are perfect. There have been no problems with parking so far.Kind regards 👋🏼

Located within walking distance of the trade fair (10 minutes), fully equipped apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor and offers everything you might or might not need (well-equipped kitchen, even vacuum cleaner, iron/board, hairdryer).You'll need a bit of luck to find one of the many free public parking spaces on the side of the road near your accommodation.

27-29.11.2022.This is a nice and cozy apartment with a homely atmosphere.The only one thing - the heating in the big room didn't work , some kind of problem with radiator. And that's why it was cold in big room and in bathroom.And I would also add house slippers for guests.And then it will be one perfect apartment!Best wishes from Ukraine

Very friendly host and great value for money! He drove his car to the side for us so that we had a parking space. Rooms were great for our purposes (apartment Liz). Great location. Unfortunately it smells a bit like smoke in the hallway, but the apartment can't help that! We'd love to come back! Thank you

Stay in Liz apartment, almost perfect! Very nice accommodation, large surface area, well located (all shops nearby), guaranteed calm with a beautiful view of the gardens and guaranteed cleanliness. Very helpful and attentive contact. Only small lack in terms of kitchen accessories (no strainer for pasta, pan in poor condition). Otherwise nothing to complain about and will come back. THANKS

Three of us were there for the Essen Motor Show and we were absolutely positively surprised. It's almost unrealistic to get such clean, well-maintained and well-equipped accommodation for that money. The landlord was available at any time and was very friendly and helpful! BIG PRAISE!The trade fair is 10 minutes away on foot, shopping is right around the corner.Thank you for this great accommodation!

We stayed in the Karsten apartment and had a very good stay. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Communication with the landlord was very good and quick. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a city trip and was very lovingly designed. The tram stop is just a minute's walk away. Gladly again! :)

We were there super spontaneously from August 10th to 13th, 2021 with 2 children. Very nice landlord, everything worked spontaneously and smoothly. Thanks again for that. Everything was great and the beds were simply wonderful. Everything we needed was there. We felt good. Everything is super centrally located and there is a lot to explore nearby. It's definitely worth going there for a city trip. You can recommend the apartment without reservation 👍
