In winter it is a bit uncomfortable in the house. The breakfast is practical and the owner is friendly, he realizes any wishes that arise.Just like a youth hostel...

The house is on a slope in a good location with a view of the beautiful Oberwiesenthal. The hotel is in need of some renovation, but it has everything you need. The rooms are simple, but have enough space for young and old. The lounge on the ground floor is heated with the wood stove. The ski room is not heated, but in some rooms and in the hallway there are large heating systems that are suitable for drying ski equipment.

No agreement! I booked a room several times, I called and texted, no one picked up, even later out of politeness, he didn't answer!! such behavior is not good! I canceled the room, I will not recommend this guesthouse!

Unfortunately you have to give one star. I have rarely experienced such a descent. It smells terribly of cigarette smoke because people smoke in the guest rooms. Some of the rooms do not have a toilet. There is a disgusting smell in the shared toilet. There are no towels, small scraps were provided upon request. I would like to say it's the old, rustic Czech charm, but unfortunately this penison is more than rotten and disgusting. The prices are a complete disgrace. We strongly advise against!

I've never written a review but this is probably a bad dream! If someone dares to offer such rooms where it is as cold as a refrigerator, dark and walls made of polystyrene boards without a toilet in the room, the smell of garbage everywhere !! He should invest the hell in that wreck!!!! If someone is going on vacation here, they can't be wrong!👁 This style of doing business nowadays in the accommodation industry is truly unparalleled! Unfortunately, there are several such in Klínovec. see the Johanka guesthouse. Unfortunately, I came across these devices. Since we were at Klinovci for work (a construction company), that's why I chose the golden center, so that the accommodation would not feel like a family vacation!! That's all

The owners were very nice, helpful, they even went to make coffee for my mother at eleven at night, the breakfast was also good, that's probably the only reason why I give three stars, the rooms are very small, but we expected that, the problem was in the facilities, in the room it was quite cold, there was only a small electric heater which, even though it was running non-stop, the temperature in the room was low even for a sweater, besides, if there was, for example, a kettle in each room so that one could make tea for example, it would not be a bad idea, for this price.

We booked spontaneously and paid a relatively large amount. The owner was extremely unfriendly. We had a huge spider in the bathroom and it wasn't cleaned. The beds are very uncomfortable and the cheap plastic plush bedding is totally disgusting. The breakfast was very poor. Instant coffee and dried cucumbers. And we had to pay extra for that. Only 3€/person. Absolutely not recommended. There are much more pleasant guesthouses in klinovec.

WC in the rooms as well as separate ones. Excellent kitchen and accommodation in a family spirit and therefore a family atmosphere. I like to come back here and look forward to the owner

I have to divide the review into two parts. Services, breakfast or dinner OK. But the room itself was very small, cramped, dark; basically it was a rebuilt sauna (small windows), bathroom not much - no ventilation, toilet in the corridor.

The lady owner is very accommodating, great home cooking, pleasant environment. The surroundings of the pension are tidy, inside the room is clean and fully satisfactory

Very good accommodation, we were satisfied. The drawback was that there was a half-glass door to the room like in a block of flats, and the room was next to the apartment of the lodgers, so when they went, the light always came on and that bothered us quite a bit. And then their "mess" near the apartment or whatever you want to call it, in the common corridor upstairs.
