The welcome was very warm and friendly, as was the service.We got a large room because I was traveling with my family (2 children and 2 adults). There was a mini kitchen, 3 sleeping areas and a bathroom for us. However, everything was more in the style of a youth hostel. There were places everywhere that were poorly renovated or broken.I felt extremely uncomfortable at breakfast because it was a very small, narrow room with only 15 seats and also served as a connecting room for a shared room who wanted to go to their shared bathroom.The breakfast was very plentiful and varied, but uncomfortable.Okay for a weekend, but we won't go there again.

The house is very unclean, has no hanging racks and the curtains in the room cannot be closed properly. At night, you can hear noises like knocking, running, stumbling, singing. The food doesn't taste good and the dishes are dirty, the only thing you can drink is tea, no water or anything else...The rooms are stained and there is only cold water for showers. No WiFi available!I do not recommend this holiday home

The lady at the breakfast buffet was very attentive, friendly and concerned about the physical well-being of the guests. Scrambled eggs / fried eggs were each freshly prepared.Unfortunately, the spa card was only available on the day of departure, so we could only use it once for entry.The room... well, the bathroom was newly renovated with a nice large shower, the living room was a bit bare... a loving touch is still missing.The last craftsman probably didn't have any time left.....from the improperly installed door frames, drill holes that weren't filled, to the bare walls, which were also plastered quite sloppily.Small blood stains on the bed sheet that don't seem to come out anymore.And urgently new pillows!!!The initial annoyance when entering the room was almost gone after breakfast. There was also plenty of coffee... centrally located, you could quickly get to the small Christmas market and the many souvenir shops.Unfortunately there is no parking space at the house.

This is our first time in the studio. It has everything we need. A nice shower for the evening. The breakfast room turned out great. The beds squeak a bit. The only thing missing are hooks for the towels

We were happy because everything was within walking distance.The rooms were furnished in a very succinct way, meaning functional.The breakfast was very rich and varied.The staff was very friendly.

No parking spaces in front of the house, everything was very shabby and dingy, towels weren't changed, beds weren't made, staff didn't wear face masks and we didn't have to show proof of vaccination.Breakfast was very good.
