Absolute horror!We rented the “Friendliness/Friendship” apartment through Kraushaar Rental.The apartment was dirty when you entered, the lamps were broken, the clock batteries were empty, the glass table was cracked and had sharp edges, the kitchen was completely worn out and worn out, the dishes were dirty, the fireplace was dirty, there was no grill on site as advertised The mattress on the sofa bed was totally worn out and full of urine stains, there were no slatted frames, the bed hadn't been vacuumed for a long time, and much more.A thick layer of dust everywhere on the furniture.There is a rat problem outside in the garden and the gardener was messing around with the leaf blower early in the morning.The walls are so noisy that you can hear the neighbors' alarm clocks from other apartments.When we complained about the landlord, we were given another apartment for part of the family because it was not possible to sleep on the sofa bed.In the other apartment there was a broken television and a completely moldy bathroom.Disgusting!Despite everything, we were supposed to pay for the final cleaning of the apartment provided, even though it was agreed otherwise over the phone.They would report back later.We are still waiting for the refund and a response to our email today.This was by far the worst accommodation we have EVER had.Absolutely not recommended, just like the Kraushaar holiday apartment in Scharbeutz.

We stayed in the Nixdorf guesthouse over the Pentecost days with our little dog. The apartment had just been renovated. Everything was very lovingly arranged down to the last detail. Great, you felt very comfortable. Very nice landlord. We'd love to come back.Fam.Rother 😀👍

Rooms are okay, hosts are nice and helpful. You can hardly hear the train line, which is not far away, even from the balcony. The playground in the garden can be used as well as the barbecue. Only the general condition of the house and garden could be better maintained. But the home team is just new and can't do everything at the same time. You definitely have to break your young dog out of the garden.

The hostess was very friendly and explained the area to us very well, but unfortunately that's not all. The room in the basement was large, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired and the mattresses were so worn out that we had back pain after just one night. This was brought up when we left, but we were only told "yes? I can't even imagine that."

Really really great! Our room with kitchen and bathroom was really big - bigger than I imagined - and absolutely clean and well-kept! And the Nixdorf family are really lovely hosts! :-) I think and hope that I will be a guest there again next year. Everything fine!
