Not recommended. The service was unfriendly and annoyed. Unfortunately, the ice cream sundaes weren't very appealing either.

We were here at the Klosterschänke 9 years ago.Over Christmas 🎄 she had a great program and beautifully decorated.The food was very good.Rooms and room service excellent.The staff in the catering area could definitely please you with a smile.The price-performance ratio is right.House was generally quiet after 10 p.m.Audience mixed pensioners and families.

Not recommendable. I asked twice if there was service and it was confirmed twice. After waiting for 20 minutes we left without a waiter at the table. The restaurant was empty and three waiters were standing together chatting and even watching us.

I was just sitting in the beach area for 15 minutes and the waiters preferred to chat in groups of three or one cleared the neighboring tables... instead of serving me :-(There was no mention of service at the counter anywhere

Well, what can I say, the food was so-so. My pizza could have been wrung out, it was so greasy. But what absolutely didn't work was the "service". Unfortunately there are zero points for this.

Once and never againUnfortunately you can't give 0 stars1. The food was very bad.2. You have to wait a long time for the service and the service is very rude and there is one person who cooks and serves at the same time3. We received a voucher for the pizzeria from the Donna hotel chain, unfortunately this was only a lock-in offer.

We were just eating here as a family, 2 adults and 4 children. The price-performance ratio is great. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly! Really recommended.

We had dinner with 15 people in October 2020. The food was ok so far, but there were misunderstandings when ordering, we often had to wait longer for the waiter who didn't know his way around... We were probably lucky that there was at least one trained Italian chef there that evening (he came to the table to answer questions about the food since the waiter had no idea). In general, we felt forgotten and not wanted in the next room. Otherwise there were hardly any guests there. Only the owner was having his own party in the main room with 2 ladies with loud music! A no go!!!

This was the worst iced chocolate we've ever had. The chocolate and cocoa were just flying by and when we asked, they cheekily sold it to us as vanilla chocolate.

The service and hospitality were mediocre. Some of the food was poor: there were several lumps of undissolved bouillon cubes in the spaghetti carbonara. The schnitzel was dry and had a strange, definitely not fresh aftertaste. Supplements were completely missing. Ketchup wasn't an option. After friendly comments about the fact that some of the food was completely uneaten, we were only asked if we would like the bill. Of course for all dishes. No thanks!

One Saturday afternoon, my husband, my two-year-old son and I (heavily pregnant) were looking for a place to have lunch. The board in the entrance said it was open Wed-Sun 12pm-10pm, so we decided to eat there (it was around 11:45). We passed the time before going to the restaurant.After we walked onto the terrace, we were greeted rudely by a waitress who said that ice cream would only be available when the restaurant was open. She probably concluded that we wanted ice cream because of our son. We then said that we wanted to have lunch anyway. Annoyed, she directed us to the front door, where the opening times would be written. Instead of 12 p.m. it said that it wouldn't open until 12:15. Well, good - we also get rum for a quarter of an hour. At 12:15 the owner came up to us, as we had already taken a table, and asked us what we needed. We said we would like to have lunch. He replied that it would take about 45 minutes. When we pointed out his opening times at the door, he immediately became annoyed and said that he had just arrived and the oven etc. was still cold, which was why it was taking so long.No drink was offered (around 25 degrees warm day) and no other kind words were said.By the way, according to Google the restaurant is already open at 11:30 a.m....

We wanted to drink coffee as a family in the Klosterschänke. When we came in, the waiter struggled to get up from the counter and asked in annoyance: 4 people???? He gave us menus and walked away annoyed. After looking through the menu, we asked him if we could also have coffee. Yes we can. When we asked him what they had for coffee, he pointed us to the cakes in the entrance area. There were two cakes there without a sign saying what kind of cake they were. When we asked what kind of cake it was, he shrugged his shoulder and said, I have no idea. After our children discovered that there was also ice cream on the menu, they ordered ice cream from him. We then received the answer in a mushy tone, no, no season. We felt very strongly that we were unwanted and immediately leftgone.We have never experienced anything so unfriendly.The only great thing here was the decor. But that doesn't help the owner with such friendliness.
