Don't expect too much!But the apartment was completely sufficient for two days.The restaurant “Wacht am Rhein” is located in the basement and serves delicious food, but unfortunately the smell of food also wafts into the room. But still bearable.The view and the location were great.

Check-in worked without any problems, the apartment had everything you needed. The balcony is shared with the entire side of the floor; I often had a dog sleeping in front of the door. At night you can smell the garbage and hear the air conditioning of the restaurant below. Customer support responds quickly. Unfortunately, the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, but the mobile auxiliary ventilation did, but it was very loud. Since the walls and doors were very thin, you could hear a lot from the neighbors. At night the doorbell can sometimes ring because guests confuse the light switch with the bell.

In principle, it is very comfortable to live in the apartment. The single bed is a change for me, but the provider can't do anything. There are 2 washing machines and dryers in the house, which are used moderately. So that you always have a good chance of getting your laundry done. In general, although the building is old, the apartment has been well maintained. In front of the front door is the Rhine promenade and 2 restaurants to the right and left of the entrance door. Unfortunately, this means that access to the building is very blocked because no passages to the entrance door are kept clear or are kept wide enough by the restaurateurs. It's almost impossible to get through with a bike because the tables and chairs are so tightly in the way. What unfortunately doesn't work at all is the background noise from the ventilation. My apartment has the window and balcony facing the inner courtyard and that's where the pizzeria's exhaust system runs. The rotor appears to be bent because it sounds like a moped is idling in the yard. From 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. In the humid temperatures, I'm forced to leave the window open because I'm trying to concentrate on my work despite the noise. But that's becoming increasingly difficult for me.It should be positively mentioned that if there are any technical defects in the apartment, the caretaker will take care of it quickly

What can you say here: The view is simply fantastic at any time of day.Unfortunately the apartment hotel is very very noisy!!If you don't have a problem with your neighbors blowing your nose,close the curtains or hear snoring, then you can feel very comfortable in the small apartment. Otherwise it is unfortunately nothing to rest and relax.Unfortunately, you can also hear the neighboring shipping, the engines of the many ships and the nightly freight trains very loudly.No weekly automatic room service, that's a shame.

The location of the apartments directly on the Rhine is great. The entrance was also easy to find and the room was clean. It is decorated in a modern way.It's a bit old and the fan didn't work either, but it's perfectly fine to stay overnight on a city trip.

The apartment is clean, perfectly located and has good basic amenities.The process is unpleasant. Even though you have already paid in full, you still have to provide information that is not appropriate for the purpose of your stay.What other providers have as standard for this price, storing luggage until departure or checking out a little later, is not possible here. You will even be notified an hour before departure that you should check out in an hour. The digital checkout also improves the company’s efficiency.None of this feels good and you don't feel welcome either.If you don't care about that sort of thing, it's a good place to stay.

Rooms are big okey, but equipped kitchen does have not much to offer, amenities would be better. It is a serviced apartment without a "service", no housekeeping, cleaning. Expensive according what it offers. Not comfortable.Edit: I am staying here more than 7 days, 2 months. When I asked via email, they inform me there is no housekeeping, cleaning service for Rheinterrassen.

The location is great, the apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. The beds are good, the kitchen is minimally equipped, but everything is there.During an 8-day stay, no cleaning was carried out and only 1 change of towels.Really good companies also care about hygiene.It's not included in the price here and that's a real shame.

Perfect location. You come out and you're right on the Rhine. Deutsches Eck and cable car just a stone's throw away. Gastronomy is also right at the hotel. Room clean. Kitchenette available with microwave, dishes, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Unfortunately we had a room facing the courtyard, next time we would look to get one at the front because there is a direct view of the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress.All in all, we would come again and I can recommend the apartment hotel.

The apartment house is in the first row, directly on the Rhine promenade. It is only a few meters to the cable car and the German corner. The old town/city center can also be easily reached on foot. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, snack bars, etc. in the immediate vicinity. There are various apartments on several floors of the house. We were obviously lucky and got one of the larger rooms: 305 on the third floor towards the back. It was very spacious, had a small, well-equipped kitchenette and modern, well-kept furniture. The bathroom was small but sufficient. Everything in the room was very clean and tidy. There are roller shutters in the apartment that completely darken the room from light - very pleasant. The front and room doors can be opened using a personal pin code, which you will receive on the day of arrival. The company "numa" manages the rental of the rooms externally, so there is no reception or direct contact person on site. When we checked in, our code didn't work at first, but a quick query via Whatsapp solved the problem immediately. The 24-hour telephone support is also worth mentioning. You can't drive directly to the house, so you have to carry your luggage a little bit. We stopped briefly at the “Kastorhof” turning hammer right at the cable car valley station to unload, and that went well. As we read in the hallway, "City Appartements" probably offers a few parking spaces in the back yard for a fee. We didn't know this and so we parked in the nearby underground car park at Görresplatz (daily flat rate €15). Since we couldn't find a rear entrance to the apartment building, the parking space behind the house probably isn't much use anyway because you have to walk almost as far outside as you would from the parking garage.There was supposed to be WiFi in the room, but the specified network couldn't be found, which is why we couldn't dial in. The balcony was nice and big, but it clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time (lots of cobwebs in the corners).
