This place is very nicely located. By building terraces you can almost always see the lake. The sanitary facilities are very clean. The shower room is pleasantly warm. You don't have to freeze when you shower. We were there at the end of October and beginning of November and there was still a children's program on offer. And, the best thing is that there were fresh bread rolls every morning.

Great campsite with a great location for many activities. Sanitary building is well equipped and well maintained. Rinsing facility inside and outside with hot water is available. Reception is very friendly and helpful. This was our second time at the campsite and we would love to come back.

We stayed here for eight nights and were super satisfied.The site is laid out in terraces so that you can look out over the Schluchsee from many of the parking spaces. The village can be reached on foot within 20 minutes.A 14 km circular hiking trail leads directly past the site.The washhouse was always clean and appears to have been recently renovated.Our children (3.6) were also very happy with the playground.There is a fire pit with grill grate. You can reserve these and you can get the wood for them at reception.

Were a little disappointed with the pitches. Very narrow, little privacy. Unfortunately, the staff at the reception were rather unfriendly and rude. Otherwise fine. However, since the campsite was rated 4 stars on the website, we expected a little more

The facility is excellent. Please note that there is a lunch break at reception. Guests arriving during this time may have to wait 1 to 1.5 hours.

Just right! We went for the second time this year. Although the campsite itself is not very spectacular, it is located in a beautiful location very close to the lake where there are plenty of opportunities for swimming. The area is very beautiful. Furthermore, the sanitary facilities are well maintained and there is a nice playground.It's also nice that you can book in advance. This is not possible at many campsites in the area. We will definitely come back again!

Great campsite with good sanitary facilities. We have been there several times and would love to come back. It's a shame that the store has very little on offer. The bakery or bread roll service used to have a larger selection.

Actually very satisfied, but the sanitary area needs to be cleaned more often, with 270 seats there is definitely not enough. It would help a lot if the squeegees in the showers were half as big, then you could leave the cabin properly yourself

Unfriendly staff at reception. Sanitary facilities are in very poor condition. Plaster is falling from the ceiling and the entire ceiling in the shower area is covered in black mold. Unfortunately there is no view of the Schluchsee either.

Beautifully located campsite. Toilets and showers are clean. Unfortunately, electricity is flat rate during high season. Very expensive for campers with a camping freezer. Place very clean. Unfortunately only gravel pitches. Still a very nice place, we would love to come back.

Insults from a city employee on a place run by the municipality are not acceptable. I expect action from the mayor on this matter.

Nice place integrated in the forest. The pitches are laid out in terraces. Some also have a clear view of the lake. The path to the lake is not far and so you can start a hike straight away. .The sanitary facilities are clean and everything is there. For example, there is a built-in hairdryer in the men's toilet.The staff is friendly and helpful.We were here at the beginning of September 2024, the price was 12 euros per adult, 8 euros for a motorhome under 8m, electricity 3 euros and of course the tourist tax of 2.90 euros.What's very good is that you then get a Hochschwarzwald card that you can use for free.We'll definitely come back
