We were at Silva Nigra for the first time today and we were totally thrilled. Super nice service, great food👍 The greeting from the kitchen was absolutely delicious. The venison avioli was fantastic and all of our dishes of veal liver, cheese spaetzle and rump steak were great. Always happy😄

It was our first time here at the “Silva Nigra” and we were really impressed. On the one hand, there is the great, very nice service and on the other hand, there is the very tasty, visually appealing food.We'd love to come back. "Keep it up" :-)

The hotel/restaurant is run by two very friendly people. The food was very tasty. It doesn't get any better! If I didn't live 500 km away and had to leave tomorrow, we would have gained a new regular guest.

A MUST if you are in St. Blasien or the surrounding area.The staff are very personable and friendly, I can't emphasize enough how incredibly good the staff were...And the food is delicious, delicious and the portions will fill you up!An absolute recommendation to visit this restaurant, if not a must!

I ordered a schnitzel and wanted some sauce.When I saw the bill and he charged €4.20 for the strange sauce, I felt bad.That's not how it works Peter, that's usury in my opinion.And the food isn't that special either...Never again.

I had dinner with my wife.The food was delicious and very well presented.The owners are warm and friendly people.Also the atmosphere was very nice and cozy.I will totally go there again next time I’m in that area.

The food was a dream, the greeting from the kitchen - an onion cake with fried onions and fruit sauce - a taste explosion, as was the lobster soup and the rabbit leg. Very nice people, good wine, a complete success all around, we'll be back.

We were only in St. Blasien for the weekend and it's a shame that we have to drive 6 hours and can't eat here more often. Very nice owners, everything freshly prepared, no finished products, super tasty!First of all, a greeting from the kitchen and the price-performance ratio is unbeatable!Always my pleasure!

We were there for dinner in the evening; Cuisine at its finest; only by reservation, but the chef serves personally and takes care of every guest's well-being. From soup to steak to dessert and an aperitif, enjoyment is at its highest level. Price performance unbeatable.

We didn't stay overnight, but we had an excellent meal in the restaurant once again. The owners, a married couple, share the work. He cooks, she serves. All dishes are fresh and made from the best regional ingredients. We had herb-crusted rack of lamb and beef short ribs, both expertly prepared. The prices are extremely moderate. Highly recommended! Be sure to reserve. The kitchen closes at 8 p.m.

Super rude reception for exotic background guests. We entered the restaurant without a reservation and even before we started the conversation, the staffed shouted us “no” and asked us to leave. Suspicious racism treatment

You can't have a better evening. Everything perfect! From the service to the delicious food. Everything prepared with a lot of love and served personally by the chef. Very child-friendly and absolutely recommended. A trip to St. Blasien is worth it just for a visit and a meal at Silva Nigra!!!
