Was only there for 2 days on a weekend. Service was good. Room was okay, not particularly clean, but okay. Bedding was definitely clean.Breakfast was very poor. But maybe it was because the hotel wasn't very busy at the time I was there.Parking lot is very large. The bottom line is that the price-performance ratio was actually right.

I spent one night here on business.Location: The hotel is located on the outskirts of Neubrandenburg. You have to be mobile to see the sights.Ambiance: The building is run down and urgently needs to be renovated. From the outside the hotel is not very inviting. Due to the external condition, one might think that this is an empty building. The parking lot is a mixture of rubble and tar. The entrance area and registration seems a bit more modern. The room I was staying in is close to a school camp. But the school camp would be even cleaner. The dirty and stained carpet and the furniture are clearly showing their age. You don't feel well. The bathroom is very small, but reasonably clean. The bathroom is not suitable for overweight people. Even for me, a person of normal weight, a big deal is only possible if the door is open. The carpet in the breakfast area is a disgrace and is covered in stains and substances. I don't understand why they allow something like this to be an overnight stay option.Service: WiFi is offered, but unfortunately hardly available in the part of my room. The staff was friendly and neatly dressed at reception. Unfortunately there is no restaurant here, but that's better considering the condition of the restaurant. Sorry! At breakfast you can definitely expect that the things that are offered will also be refilled. Did I ask too much?Food offer:As already described, there is only one option for breakfast. However, this is very clear and is not consistently refilled. If you want to eat something in the evening you should be mobile. Conclusion: The hotel is definitely not recommended. The hotel may be an option for tradesmen without any pretensions, but for everyone else: stay away.

I was a guest in your house from August 27th to 28th, 2024. I would be happy to give you my feedback. Your short online option does not allow for a reasonable evaluation, only what you want to hear:Your Hotel Horizont is mainly accommodation for (Polish) fitters. Business people are rare and it is completely unsuitable for families with children, even for wheelchair users or walkers, as it is not barrier-free. I didn't see an elevator, not even on the escape and rescue plan. You can reach the reception, but not the rooms on upper floors. I particularly liked that I could stay in the hotel until 11am. There was a lockable refrigerator in the room, but there was no key for the safe in the closet. Anti-slip strips were missing on several steps, which poses a danger. The room corridors lead off from the stairwell. I don't want a room right next to the hallway door because every time someone entered the hallway, the door slammed shut, despite the shock absorber.I saw two employees: the breakfast assistant and the gentleman at the reception. The woman in the unfashionable breakfast room, which was furnished with oak furniture, was quick, but she left the old napkins lying around several times. This made the tables look occupied or untidy. In addition, the tables were not wiped after each use. At one point she got disinfectant and wiped aimlessly on one table. When I asked to fill my private coffee mug after breakfast, she immediately and very kindly agreed. Thank you 🌻 I was very happy about that. The buffet is rich, but in my opinion three types of melons are not a choice. The fruit salad was fresh and not from a can, but again it wasn't a real fruit salad due to the three pieces of melon. The cold cuts are carelessly placed in one piece from the plastic packaging on the plate - and can be put back just like that. The mozzarella and tomato salad was sprinkled with parsley and basil. I still found the spiced salt on top tasty and interesting. The very modern coffee machine with numerous choices is a win. I couldn't figure out the difference between a latte macchiato and a cappuccino. The gentleman at the reception was neatly dressed and really very friendly, but if only he had opened his mouth... He wasn't wearing braces, which could have been excused, but just had black, decayed tooth stubs. Disgusting! For me the price-performance ratio of the room wasn't right at all, and the breakfast was even better. The idea with the day office next door is brilliant. Are there perhaps coffee and snack machines there?

Unrenovated prefabricated building with furniture from the 80s. The reception is only open between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Bad luck if you have a problem at another time. No elevator available. The WiFi is practically non-existent. If you have a room on the third floor you may not need internet. The breakfast is small but nice. At night there is noise from all the men who are alone in the hotel on assembly and sit in front of the hotel half the night. On the positive side, the rooms are clean.

Perfect for business trips, anyone who likes the romanticism of GDR prefabricated buildings can also go on vacation here. The breakfast is completely okay.

Terribly old and unkempt on the outside. Old company building in prefabricated construction. The rooms aren't any better considering their age. I remember furniture like this from my childhood. Over 35 years ago🤔. I wouldn't even use it as a mechanic's apartment again. I can't say anything about breakfast, so I just left it alone.

An aging new building block, viewed from the outside you can say: "the paint is off" (sometimes literally), from the inside it's okay. The bathroom was quite narrow, the room was clean overall and the breakfast was completely fine - OK for one night. However, I wouldn't go here with my family.
