There's nothing to complain about here. Nice hideaway to spend time together with a large group. House and rooms super clean and well maintained. Hot tub and sauna are little delicacies.

We spent 4 days here with friends and family. Everyone was able to spend the night there and in the beautiful rooms, which is of course great.There is a sauna and hot tube outside, everything is very nice and tasteful.The house is comfortably furnished, everyone can find a corner for conversation. We used the kitchen a lot because we didn't have any catering, but rather worked with a chef to prepare the food for the entire time.Some work could still be done on the equipment for the knives and the stove.But all in all the stay was really nice and every one of the 30 guests had fun in Somewhere Elz.

We spent a night at SomewhereElz with our friends. The house is beautiful, well equipped and very spacious. All of our friends were able to stay overnight in the spacious and beautiful rooms. The kitchen and bar are equipped with everything you need. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. We can only recommend the house!

We had a wonderful and unforgettable weekend with 26 people at Somewhere Elz! The owners were always available, courteous and helpful. The accommodation is incredibly cozy and stylishly furnished and was excellently equipped for our needs. The sauna and hot tub were easy to use and rounded off the weekend perfectly. The helpful tips from the owners about catering, pizzerias, drinks, etc. in the area were also great and worked really well when implemented. I can absolutely recommend the accommodation and would come back at any time.

We stayed at Somewhere Elz with a group in December 2022 and I have to say it is an exceptionally beautiful chalet that really offers everything you could wish for. It was cozy and, above all, beautifully furnished. We'd love to come back.

Huge, modernly furnished house.Great rooms, nice hot tub.The self-built sauna also does what it promises.Unfortunately quite cold, as the house and guest house are anything but energy efficient.Very secluded.

We held our team event with 29 people here. A dream! Really great! A location with style and comfort. Above all, cooking together worked very well in the large kitchen. Our sauna-goers enjoyed “jumping into the cold river” until late at night. The double beds couldn't be separated, so you had individual beds, which we hadn't noticed before. That was certainly a bit close for our colleagues. But they were very nice and also very comfortable. Delivering the pizza and breakfast from the area also worked great. The host even mowed the lawn beforehand and was super nice and helpful. So absolutely deserved 5 stars.

We stayed in this accommodation as a family (50 people) at the end of May 2022. There are hardly any opportunities/space for the children to play on site. No play equipment etc. There are also no connections to hiking trails etc.The house itself has been recently renovated, but it doesn't look completely finished in parts. For example, in our room there was no closet or anything like that. The shower cubicle was also falling apart. The “open-plan kitchen” was relatively poorly furnished. The coffee machine only works by placing screws underneath the filter, which speaks for itself. The house next door where we ate smelled terrible. When we arrived, everything around the house was overgrown and overgrown with nettles.Sleeping comfort was guaranteed! But in my opinion the price-performance ratio is not right. The sauna/hot tube worked flawlessly.If one or two of the quirks/conditions are fixed, you can definitely give it 5/5 stars!

We were David's guests in Elzach with a group of 20 people and we were all thrilled. The Somewhere Elz is lovingly furnished and renovated in a very modern way. We took advantage of the absolute peace and quiet for workshops and team building activities and will definitely come back in the future.
