We have done a lot of motorcycle tours from here. Canoeing, there are many options. The guesthouse accommodated us well, parking was great, the luggage didn't have to be carried far, and the breakfast was excellent. Very quiet at night and in the evening you could end the evening with a delicious beer. We were very satisfied.

We stayed at the Pension am Wald for the third time this year and will definitely go back next year. The breakfast is great, there is something for everyone and if something is missing, supplies are provided immediately. The guesthouse is located on beautiful property where you can simply unwind. As far as I can tell, the rooms and apartments are all furnished with love. If you want to go on holiday in the countryside, I think the Pension am Wald is the perfect place to stay. Added to this is the beautiful surroundings. Where you can explore and experience a lot.We look forward to next time.

Very nice, small, quietly located guesthouse in a beautiful landscape! Hosts very nice, breakfast and rooms great. We were there for a short vacation and will happily come back!

Booked 1 week.We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette and a living roomSpacious bathroomSpacious bedroom.Various seating areas outside in the sun or shade.Excellent and extensive breakfast buffet.Egg is freshly prepared to your liking.Very friendly owner and his mother.Also very friendly lady who prepares breakfast and cleans the rooms.Sufficient towels and kitchen towelsVery beautiful area with many possibilities.Walking, cycling and culture.Gössweinstein has a nice short walk with beautiful views.The Teufelhühle in Pottenstein is a bit disappointingBamberg is the most beautiful city in the area

The location of the guesthouse is very idyllic and you can easily start hiking from there. There is also a very tasty restaurant in town for evening meals. Both the double room and the app are really spacious and nicely furnished. But above all, the host family is very nice. The breakfast was great and they fulfilled every wish. We'd love to come back again.

We spent a 4 day short vacation in the Pension am Wald.We had the apartment to ourselves. It's clean and everything you need is there.It is very quiet despite the farm next door.There is something for every taste at breakfast. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.
