If you love peace and quiet, like good food and want to enjoy the loving hospitality, this is an absolute “MUST”!! The food is absolutely delicious!!!! Simply recommended!!!!!! 👍👌😋

Simple, charming older hotel with functional and clean, well-kept rooms. The operators are restaurateurs with heart and soul. Very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast with good price-performance ratio. Nice beer garden with home-style cooking. We felt very comfortable.

I took a short trip to (Hörschel) Eisenach with my girlfriend. We weren't here to spend the night in the good spring, but we were there for dinner one evening.The hostess is a kind-hearted woman, great cook, humorous and very personable. And all of this even though she currently has to run the shop alone (no service staff to be found, as is unfortunately the case everywhere at the moment.) that means cleaning the rooms, breakfast for the guests and managing the catering on her own.We had schnitzel with chanterelle cream sauce and fried potatoes. Sybille cooked especially for us, I had asked beforehand by phone and she said we were welcome to come. You can tell she does everything with her heart and soul. Our food was really delicious and I can only recommend it.Thank you again Sybille, best regards from the 2 pieces 🤣😘

We had a wonderful weekend and were spoiled with culinary delights. The rooms are clean, the house and the furnishings invite you to feel good, and the beer garden makes you want a nightcap. The. The morning started with a loving and rich breakfast buffet.

On our bike tour along the Werra, the cozy inn “Zur Gute Quelle” surprised us with its rustic atmosphere. The friendly landlady welcomed us very warmly. The welcome was served with regional beer and tasty Thuringian cuisine. Delicious! After a relaxing night's sleep, we were able to start the day with a lovingly set breakfast table. We thank you for your hospitality and warmth. An insider tip for all hiking enthusiasts, cyclists and nature lovers.

We saw this inn while passing through on Saturday afternoon. It made an appealing impression on us from the outside and inside, but unfortunately the kitchen was busy with a party and there was probably no opportunity for two lunches.After asking in the kitchen, the very friendly employee regretfully informed us.SHAME, SHAME...

We were there for the second time at Easter 2024. Once again we felt very comfortable with Ms. Hoffmann.The rooms are well furnished and the colors are very well coordinated. Finally no white bed linen.=0)The breakfast is very tasty and prepared with a lot of love. There are some salads that are homemade and many regional items.Our highlight every evening after a hike was the delicious dinner. Real Thuringian home cooking, freshly prepared.There is someone at the stove who does this with heart and soul.And you can taste it.Thank you very much for the beautiful days!!!! We'll be back.

Unfortunately, very disappointing for us - uncomfortable, cool and dark rooms, a hard-working but apparently overwhelmed hostess, who was unfortunately rarely to be found, but wanted to have a lot of things agreed upon (which only became clear afterwards).Check in only possible at 5 p.m., both rooms cold. The heating was bubbling, and so was our son, because the WiFi wasn't working.Unfortunately, the restaurant was more closed than open (despite opening hours) and at breakfast the nice hand-signed eggs couldn't make up for the baked rolls, thin coffee and broken oak tables.The fact that we were the only guests was certainly not just due to the low season - at least the restaurant in the neighboring town was packed...We expressed our criticism calmly after paying the full price without discussion but with some frustration: four adults and a teenager for three nights with breakfast over 700 euros - an amount for which I have to work a lot and that hurts me quite a bit afterwards. The reaction of the hostess was all the more disappointing...We still wish the good source doesn't seep away...

Booked a short vacation and met a warm hostess! Excellent breakfast and dinner, the room was beautifully furnished with a comfortable box spring bed! In addition, a beautiful, quiet location and a great starting point for our motorcycle tours! A big thank you also to the very nice and great evening service!!!

A super nice country hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Great food👍For breakfast there was always a personal dedication on the eggs😊Highly recommended. The hostess was very welcoming, you immediately felt at home...we would love to come back.

Way too expensive. Unfortunately in the end we only gave one star. Far too dark, uncomfortable, the entire building smells terribly of old frying oil. Not a place to feel comfortable, we went straight to another hotel.

The hostess is very nice and friendly. She always tries to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The room is very nice and absolutely clean. The breakfast is very good, very rich and always fresh. The country inn is really recommended. Gladly again.
