Quiet, beautifully located campsite with very friendly, helpful operators. Very dog-friendly, including dog paths and welcome treats. Lots of long-term campers, but plenty of space for guests. It's a shame that the lovely restaurant outside the campsite doesn't offer take-away food. We will come back!

Pssssst, be very quiet to listen to the birdsong in nature. Take a deep breath and enjoy. Great, well-kept facilities, there is also something for the little ones to play with. The bikers will probably tell others how nice they had a rest there, a barbecue hut to grill themselves, or something to eat in a well-kept restaurant at the front. The hustle and bustle and the party noise, the crowds and the disco hustle and bustle in the evenings are missing... but... who needs that?

We stayed in the hiking rooms with two adults and a small child and were very excited about it. The rooms were clean, nice wood, pleasant smell, cozy beds, nice smelling linens, dry and warm. The cot still fit into the room. The only note: a small roller shutter on the windows facing the hallway would be cool. Thanks to the motion detector, the room is constantly bright when other guests pass through ;-)Very nice staff at reception, modern, clean and spacious washrooms and showers. We will definitely come back again! :-)

Very nice and quiet campsite in the Westerwald. The space can be chosen freely so that there is no camper after camper. The sanitary facilities are very well maintained. There is a restaurant in front of the campsite.

A wonderful place, very quiet and cozy and a great starting point for hikes. The operators are super friendly and approachable. We got help from them immediately when we missed our dog. Thank you again for that. We will definitely come back and continue exploring the area.

Great campsite with free choice of campsites in a wonderful landscape. Good starting point for a variety of hikes, even with dogs, on very well-marked paths. Particularly noteworthy is the constant friendliness and willingness to help of the tenant couple. Thank you very much for the wonderful stay.

Great CP, very nice operators. Sanitary facilities very well maintained. Partially free choice of space in the middle of nature. Ideal for relaxing. Gastronomy nearby. Small kiosk if something is missing, shopping opportunities for larger needs in Betzdorf or knowledge.

Dear Reifenhrath family! You simply have to give you and your place the highest ⭐⭐🌟⭐🌟 number. Starting with the beautiful ambience in the short-term camper area, where places are not limited, through the exemplary, clean and well-thought-out sanitary facilities to the outstandingly friendly and very pleasant personal contact. This makes the CP in the Eichenwald a feel-good place. In addition, there is the very good Fuchsbau restaurant next door, the romantic and sophisticated Räuberweg and the option for long-term campers to buy freshly smoked trout on site. Very nice, well-kept campsite, very nice contact at reception and always helpful. Sanitary large, very well maintained and clean.We found meadows without parcels to be very beautiful.During our stay there was stick bread on the open fire.... 1€ contribution per person for dough, dip and drink, simply great

Super nice welcome, you immediately feel at home. Prices are reasonable, washrooms are always clean, the showers are big enough (even with a removable shower head. I think it's great!). The place itself is nice, quiet and clean. Nice playground and children's pool (also always clean).
