We felt very comfortable with the Erz family. The breakfast, which is served as a buffet, has everything you could want. The rooms are clean and tidy. Our room with a balcony had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator where you could have made coffee. Thank you Erz family for the lovely week with you.

We booked two rooms (with our older daughter) and were more than satisfied!! The rooms were equipped with a balcony, a kitchenette & refrigerator, a spacious bathroom - and everything was incredibly clean! A big compliment to the Erz family!! The breakfast room was cozy and nothing was missing. Everything was very pleasant! The location is very quiet - and and convenient - to reach the center on foot. Super! The car was parked safely & visible, directly in front of the house.The Erz family - you were very warm, kind, uncomplicated and communicative! If we come to Meersburg again, you will be our first address!!

Although inexpensive. Room with balcony. Parking free of charge.But that is not necessarily a criterion.Room, I didn't feel comfortable at all. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls at the joints. The beds creak. The bathrooms, I don't know which era, probably 70s.Breakfast, I have no problem with rolls and sausage from the discounter. You eat at home too. It was fresh, but very carelessly prepared. The eye eats too.Communication didn't take place. Corrects rules of conduct.I'll stop now!You should definitely invest in this beautiful house.

The rooms were very clean. The building and outdoor areas were also well maintained, the guest house is nestled in a well-kept residential area with beautiful gardens. The facilities were good for a guest house. The breakfast was extensive and tasty, great baked goods. Friendly host and good service. Gladly again soon.

Breakfast is extensive - if you take into account when rating that it is a guesthouse. Actually seems to be discounter goods. However, many people seem to have missed the fact that discounters almost always receive good ratings in tests. At least I don't see a problem there.Rooms generously proportioned. With balcony and small kitchen. Clean.Bathroom facilities are a bit old, but also clean. For me, cleanliness is important for feeling good.Good location. A little above the old town. Therefore also quiet.

Dear holiday planners, be careful when choosing and booking the guesthouse “Gästehaus am Lindenweg” in 88709 Mersburg. Don't expect any goodwill from there, no final concession.Be sure to take out travel insurance.I planned a week's vacation there with my partner and paid the deposit.A week after paying the deposit, my partner injured her leg and had to have surgery. Since, according to the doctor, she will not be fully recovered by the given booking date, I tried to cancel the booking 2 days after the advance payment was made, which the operator also accepted.4 weeks later, the operator of the guesthouse told me by phone that he would not refund the advance payment of €170, citing legislation, etc.Also did not offer to offset the advance payment for a later booking.Whether you call something like this a rip-off, greed or just unfriendliness, everyone has to judge for themselves.Can guests feel comfortable with such an operator?Kind regards, Barton

A very outdated, cozy guesthouse. Old carpet and armchair with stains. The lighting is poor. The furnishings are old and thrown together. Very unfriendly landlord, for whom every word or step is too much. Breakfast is not recommended at all. Very poor and the cheapest food is available.

Breakfast was a disgrace.The orange juice from Lidl in a tetrapak on the table. No scrambled eggs and the sausage and cheese from Lidl were also the cheapest. The room had a terrace which was a plus and also the parking space at the front. The room itself is getting old and needs to be renovated, including the bathroom.Personally, I won't come again.It might be something for someone who wants to stay overnight cheaply.
