We stayed at the guesthouse 2 weeks ago and were warmly welcomed. Our room was cleaned every day. There were fresh towels every 2 days. The entire house and the outside area are very clean and lovingly furnished. The breakfast was really amazing. Every morning orange juice, egg, and a large selection of sausage and jam. The owners/operators are very nice. So if you want to go on vacation in the Harz Mountains, I can only recommend this guesthouse

We took a short vacation in the Harz and were able to stay in the guesthouse for 4 days. Apartment beds, outdoor area more than 3 stars. Top clean and very well maintained. The two operators were very helpful and friendly. Then there was the heartbreaker Jette (Golden Retriver dog) simply wonderful .We will definitely be back. Thank you for the pleasant time.

Quietly located in the Hochharz on the edge of a small town.The rooms are friendly, clean and not worn out. The bathroom has a very small shower (without mold!), there was no hairdryer, otherwise everything was there. The breakfast room is airy and bright, the service is good. Terrace, garden, parking lot - everything available and in good condition.It's worth mentioning that it wasn't a problem to bring the dog with you and leave it alone in the room sometimes.

Everything is great to spend a few nice days. The guesthouse is great, there is nothing to complain about. The location is also very good for exploring the Harz.

The guesthouse is absolutely top. Very quiet location, but still easy to reach. The rooms are modern but very comfortably furnished. The breakfast is very rich and the two hosts are very attentive and in a great mood.It is highly recommended, we will definitely come back.Thanks for the nice time.

We were there over New Year's Eve with 6 people. The rooms are all different but lovingly furnished and extremely clean. Breakfast was rich and the landlord was very nice

We had a pleasant stay in this lovely guesthouse. A newly renovated apartment with comfort and a nice atmosphere throughout the house contributed to a relaxing stay. The “Waldhof” in Trautenstein is recommended!

This was the second time we have stayed in this beautiful guesthouse. Super clean rooms, great Mediterranean terrace and very friendly and courteous operators. The car is parked safely on the property. We will come back there again. Price-performance absolutely justified.

Super nice guesthouse, quiet location, booked for 7 nights. Had a great time there, lovely hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great excursion options whether on foot or by car, the guesthouse is very centrally located. The room was very cozy and clean, great view of the well-kept garden, MediterraneanTerrace and forest. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.
