We have eaten here several times. A beautiful garden, everything was very well maintained, clean and really great, especially with children.The food is personally prepared fresh and delicious by the boss. A great mix of Slovakian and Swabian home-style cuisine.A great family business with nice hosts.

Boss uses the address from the rental car provider as the billing address and then refuses to issue the invoice again with the correct address.Incredibly unpleasant contact.

Subterranean reception from a choleric hotel manager.When we asked whether we could be accommodated as a gesture of goodwill in the event of a death, we were loudly informed about our rights and our obligations. We were unable to occupy 1 of 3 rooms booked.I have never experienced such tactless and disrespectful behavior.Unfortunately, all of the critical reviews from the past have come true.Please avoid this supposed hotel at all costs.

I really don't understand how this shed can hold up. Reserved for one night, check-in after 6 p.m. is possible by telephone arrangement. That's what it says on the website. After 18 failed calls, we drove to the hotel with a bit of luck and were actually greeted by a highly aggressive and extremely unfriendly “boss” who said “Check in by 6 p.m.”. After trying to explain to him that we had called 18 times and that the rooms had been reserved, we were simply thrown out of the hotel. This person couldn't say anything except "Check in by 6 p.m." but said this 10 times in a row, even when you were talking.I recommend everyone who reads this to avoid this hotel and look for another one. The reviews speak for themselves. Something like this has never happened to me in 8 years of assembly.

Catastrophe... Was here 3 years ago, thought ok. New beginnings are still getting used to Germany........if the boss is not "downstairs" you have to speak Slovak, Polish or Czech, otherwise no chance. Boss is almost never downstairs, always on the go with a laptop. Internet almost never works and then it's really bad. Breakfast is poor. Rooms are old, cheap and improvised. Prices are exorbitant. (50€ room without bathroom and toilet). Dinner prices are also still. Water temperature at a maximum of around 35-39 degrees. Danger of legionella. When you turn on the water, brown broth comes out not yet.

Great recommendation also for families with children: We had dinner in the wonderful and quiet garden. We were served extremely friendly. The food was great. The price-performance ratio is great. We particularly liked the many toys for our son in the garden. There is a direct passage to the adjacent public playground. We will come back in any case.

The only plus: a few vegan/vegetarian dishes on the menu. Tried to reserve a table for three weeks. Once on vacation, then on Sunday the kitchen is only open until 4 p.m. All right then. Called Saturday evening. At 6:30 p.m. we were told that we couldn't get anything else because the kitchen closed at 7 p.m. They don't want guests, it seems.

As a family of three generations, we went to the restaurant to eat. We were greeted very nicely and we liked the atmosphere with the wooden chairs and tables. The service was very accommodating and also fulfilled special requests. We had four different dishes, two vegetarian, fish and chicken. All dishes and salads were prepared with fresh ingredients and tasted good to us. For dessert there was homemade cake and delicious ice cream variations. The price-performance ratio was good. We would come back at any time.

Unfriendly. After 3 weeks with 3 people, we were charged an additional night that we didn't use because the work was finished earlier than planned. Of course you can do it that way, but hospitality looks different!
