The room itself is great and the bathroom definitely needs an overhaul. There's nothing negative to say about the ambience of the lobby or restaurant, BUT: the dinner is a damn joke. You are served warmed up steamed vegetables and meat, none of which taste even remotely good. And that for a price of ~1400€ for 2 peopleOn the contrary, the breakfast is bomb and also rich. So if you want to fill up for dinner you can also book a place in the restaurant, which makes more sense since you have to pay for your drinks yourself in the Morada Arendsee.

Nice, renovated hotel. Very nice, hard-working, always smiling waiters. However, the cleaning staff urgently needs to be trained or better monitored. All that was done was to make the bed, vacuum a bit, and clean the toilet and sink. The dust on all other objects such as bedside lamps, TVs, mirrors, etc. had not been removed for a long time. There doesn't seem to be a wiping cloth for the bathroom floor either. At least it wasn't used. The breakfast is plentiful. Dinner too. You can always find something to fill you up. Would always come back. Overall, price-performance ratio is right. If you want more, you have to pay more.Points deducted due to the cleanliness of the rooms.

The location is great. You can look at the sea while having breakfast. The room was fine. The bathroom could be renovated at times. But everything was clean. Breakfast was also ok. The hotel staff are all friendly and flexible.

We cannot understand the bad reviews from other hotel guests. Everything is super clean and modern, the bathroom is new (although quite small, but everything is there), the large barrier-free shower is great. The service staff were all friendly and the nice lady at check-in was terrific (funny, relaxed, humane). The breakfast also had a sufficient selection. The only negative thing I found was that the bottle of water in the room, declared as a "small refreshment" in the small print, was charged at 4 euros.

Location great, room (suite) good, but despite 3 stars for a beach hotel I would have expected a cooling option (e.g. minibar) and an option to dry wet bathing suits. Only two stars overall because we unfortunately booked half board. There was a bus tour company ahead of us and we were given the leftovers, if at all; was not refilled. The quality wasn't right either; as a canteen owner he wouldn't have held the lease for very long. The highlights were the receptionists and the barman, but there wasn't much more staff there anyway, totally understaffed.

We stayed at this hotel for a week with a tour group and were very satisfied. Even at dinner there is still room for improvement (here and there).The rooms were clean and were cleaned every two days, which was totally sufficient.The extremely friendly staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is beautiful. I'll definitely come back.

We were looking forward to a little break and then we were just annoyed. We didn't get anything close to what was stated. In the room behind the curtains everything is full of cobwebs. Totally dusty under the bed. Hair on the freshly made bed. There is still toothpaste from the previous person in the bathroom. On the sink and on the wall. The drain in the bathroom stank. I don't want to be picky, but that's impossible for a four star hotel. We even save on toilet paper. Breakfast didn't work at all. There was coffee that was too strong. No cappuccino or latte maciatto. What was pictured on the internet. That didn't exist. There was no evening buffet at all.

Were here for the first time and pleasantly surprised.A family-run hotel with only 60 rooms.It is always renewed.The service tries to satisfy every wish.There is still room for improvement in the kitchen.Location top 50 meters from the beach.We will be back

The blonde lady at reception was a bit cheeky and derogatory, which luckily made up for the shift in the afternoon. The gentleman was really very friendly. The rooms may have been renovated but the mattresses are no longer nice. Watercolors on the wall of naked children on the beach don't work at all. The bathrooms are dated and slightly musty. No ventilation and no heating. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and very tasty.Parking spaces available cannot be reserved. You just have to watch where you park according to the blonde lady, after all it's not her problem...

A very nice hotel right by the sea. The service is top and the breakfast is great, in the evening there is a buffet and a cozy hotel bar. The rooms and beds are nothing to complain about. Only the bathroom and the towels are getting old, but everything is still clean and tidy. Price/performance completely fine.
