The rooms are small but very well furnished. Unfortunately we had flaws in the apartment. We reported these. Unfortunately they were not resolved during our stay. Fly screens on all windows would be advisable and desired.

Excellent location, on the bay, close to Sellin. 5 minutes by car to the famous Seebrücke. True, the bedroom is located on the second level, up a very steep staircase. Very clean, there are also 2 bicycles for walking. Besitzer is always in touch and helps if you have questions

We do not recommend this apartment. The apartment was too dirty. The windows are dirty, the heater is dirty, the stove is dirty, the pan is dirty, the pot is dirty, the toilet is dirty, the shower is dirty and the tiles are dirty. Apartment number 23.

Unfortunately, the smaller apartments upstairs have no possibility of ventilation and no gauze windows in general, which turns out to be a real drawback. You actually have to leave the windows open all the time.

We drove again after three hours. It obviously hadn't been cleaned, the previous tenants' dirty dishes were in the dishwasher, towels and bed linen were missing, and the television was broken. In response to our complaint, they promised major cleaning for the next morning. So we should first sleep in an apartment that has not been disinfected. In Corona times. You don't want to pay money back... a scandal

Nice and clean apartment. Completely sufficient for 4 people. It's a shame that there is no WiFi because cell phone reception is more than poor.

When we first entered the apartment we were greeted by a musty, stale smell, typical furniture from the 90s. The condition and cleanliness was not satisfactory (dirt and cobwebs in the corners, stains on the curtains...) On the second day of vacation the shower broke, they didn't take care of it, so we even left a day early. Absolutely no service to holidaymakers. Neither WiFi nor cell phone network available. Although it is located directly on the lake, it is not accessible and is completely overgrown with reeds. If you like peace and quiet, this is ideal. However, the house is very noisy, i.e. you have to expect noises from above. Bakers/restaurants available, if you want to experience more, you have to drive further.
