Well, what can I say... I've seen a lot, but something like this, difficult... There's just skimming going on here, there's no end to the renovation backlog. The fire alarm thing is awesome, folks. Who would come up with something like that, :( What a shame, oh well, greetings again to the dear neighbors who were active until 3 a.m. from Friday to Saturday,

Terrible! Zero stars for this accommodation. Only the location gets four stars. Luckily we only stayed in the Minsener Oog apartment for one night. Disaster! Everything old, dirty and broken. Even the check-in was ridiculous. Payment only by cash and the young man at the reception couldn't tell me what I had to pay, so I should tell him. Cobwebs everywhere and hot water was also just a stroke of luck. It was also very noisy. I felt very uncomfortable and disgusting. Never again and definitely not recommended!

We would never book the house again! Not only is it very noisy and therefore very loud, it is dirty and old. You can tell from the facility that the money is gladly taken but not invested. There is no way to make the room dark in the bedroom and the other bedroom/children's room can be reached by stairs from the living room, but unfortunately without a door, which means either the children are used to sleeping with loud noise or you spend a very quiet evening. If you want to have a nice vacation you should book something else.

Would be “deported” here due to the overbooked hotel. Location is good, but the furnishings are totally outdated. The tiled carpet in the stairwell is really dingy.

Since we have been coming to Bensersiel for years (now in the 10th year)This holiday apartment is always one of our holiday apartments when we don't travel with the camper.Since we have been coming to this accommodation for so long now, I understand the one or two negative reviews, but I have to say.Something has been renewed again and again in recent years.From new kitchens to floor coverings, chairs, etc.We like to go and we also like to be in this place!

Unfortunately only two stars. Everything there is getting a bit old. It was pretty cleanWe had actually booked the hotel of the same name, so everything was a bit off. The apartment was definitely not worth €120 for one night for two people

The rooms are divided okay, but the cleanliness is a disaster. The interior is a hodgepodge. Ceiling lamps on the slopes are dangerous because out of 6 sockets only 3 were equipped with light bulbs and the others were simply open. ⚡️⚡️⚡️👶

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not good, among other things, the beds were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, there was still change and various loose dirt on the carpet. In the dining room everything was still full of bread crumbs from our predecessor.Tables and chairs had broken legs or broken armrests.An incident that occurred was very unpleasant.A person from the rental agency stood in our holiday apartment without announcing and without knocking.The cot we had booked was picked up and given to another family who was arriving that day.

A functionally furnished holiday apartment, but nothing more. Nothing where you would say “I feel comfortable here”. For the price in the season, a bit overpriced for what is on offer.The location is great and the outside area of the house is also beautiful.Checking in at the hotel to get the key to the apartment was smooth.

Just cruel. Completely dirty, stained upholstered furniture, worn furniture, dirty bathroom, stained mattresses, dirty bathroom linen, cobwebs everywhere in the corners. No response from the landlord to the complaint. Never again.

Short vacation from May 9th to May 16th, 2022.Basically a beautiful house and a well-kept outdoor area. The apartment is partially renovated. It's just proven that the door openers have been missing in the bedroom and bathroom for weeks. (A temporary handle was put in the bathroom and it kept falling to the floor.) The seat set in the living room urgently needed to be cleaned. Despite the small deficiencies, we had a lovely and relaxing week. And a special treat! The parking option is basically no problem at all if each of the guests thinks a little. But they don't. So we had a great comedy show.

The entire apartment doesn't get really warm. Not 20 degrees. In the evening only possible with a warm jacket. In the open upper floor of the apartment, the radiator doesn't get warm at all.The door to the bedroom is completely without a door handle.The door to the bathroom has a handle set, but it is not attached, just clipped on. When you close the door you have one half of the handle in your hand.We reported these defects to a lady working in the facility on the second day. We were promised immediate distribution. Nothing happened. We then left one day before our actual appointment.Never again.

Briefly in advance: We have often stayed in holiday apartmentsFirst the positive:- Good location, both the beach and shopping areas can be reached in 5 minutes on foot- The apartment is renovated/modernized and the beds are comfortableBut:- No possibility to hang up jackets- dead mosquitoes on the walls- There were 2 small pots in the kitchen, no lids, no wooden spoon, a small potato knife. This is really problematic for self-caterers. When we asked, we got a pan and another small pot from the hotel kitchen. A promised pot set never arrived. Since we have often stayed in holiday apartments, we were lucky to have a few sharp chef's knives with us.- the internet goes out every now and then- Out of about 6 lamps for outdoor lighting, one worked! Since there was no light coming from the street, you had to be careful not to fall into a ditch in the dark.I would say that once the deficiencies have been addressed, the price/performance ratio is right. Unfortunately not.

Could be a beautiful apartment if it was decorated with a little love. Kitchen with broken cupboard and leaky window, old sagging beds in the "children's room", cupboard door missing here too, etc. No storage space in the bathroom.
