Unfortunately, this time the apartment wasn't very clean, the ceramic hob was very scratched and a "big" scratch was directly visible! I pointed this out to an employee the next day (I hadn't seen it on the day of arrival)! So, as a precaution, I didn't use the stove at all! It's a shame, I didn't feel comfortable there at all😔. I don't put any photos in, not that people say anything about me.

We lived in apartment number 29 in the Ostseestrand residence in Kühlungsborn. When booking, the apartment made a very good impression from the photos. The rude awakening came when we moved in. The furnishings were completely shabby, the carpets on the upper floor were completely dirty, some of the lamps were broken, the radiators were completely dirty and then the smell of smoke in the non-smoking apartment was just bad. Our complaint was responded to immediately. The defects were known and we received a reimbursement of costs without discussion. H.v.40%. But were not informed about the defects before the start of the rental.

We have now been to the holiday apartment in Heiligendamm train station on the top floor with a beautiful shell window :-).You look forward to hearing the Molly (steam locomotive) puff every morning.and the soon bell of the barriers just before the entrance...The cute apartment is nicely furnished in the colors of the Bäderbahn, everything is there, including a dishwasher...In just a few minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful, fine sandy beach through a small forest...

Stayed at Villa Sophie. The apartment was very well equipped and the cleaning condition was also very good.Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the service.On the day of arrival, the lady who handed over the keys told us we could move into the apartment by 3:30 p.m. at the latest. This was also noted on the transition protocol. We wanted to move into the apartment at 4 p.m. The cleaning staff was still making the beds and wasn't nearly finished cleaning.On Sunday I bought 2 washing brands and in the evening I discovered that the washing machine was defective. I reported this and we were assured that the problem would be resolved on Monday. Contacted again on Tuesday as the problem still hasn't been resolved. Again it was assured that the washing machine would be available again by Wednesday at the latest. Of course nothing happened again. We were then informed that we would receive a refund for the washing vouchers. On Thursday, the day before departure, I wanted to do this too, unfortunately the office was closed at 4:45 p.m. even though, according to the description, it was supposed to be open until 5:00 p.m.Since we left at 7:30 a.m. the following day and the office doesn't open until 9:00 a.m., we didn't receive a refund.Conclusion. unfortunately a failure and with a complaints department that wants to settle all complaints and defects with a refund of a 30 euro cleaning fee. We had holiday apartment 318 in Haus Meeresblick from July 25th, 2023 to July 2nd, 2023. The bathroom and shower were covered in mold, the refrigerator and kitchen floor were dirty, the ceiling lamp with exposed cables, the children's room cupboard was ancient and warped and poorly repaired with cheap screws. Filter coffee machine also dirty. The defects were photographed and shown, the employee in the complaints department was on vacation and would contact us when she returned, that's what she did and wanted to waive us 30 euros... an outrage for these defects.

Initially there was only one key available for the holiday apartment, we were able to pick up the second one later. They wanted to process our request for the bikes, but there was no response.

We were in Residence LAGUNA, FeWo 42 "CARLOTTA" Object No. 9721 in KüBo in April/May 2023. We were impressed by the attractive pictures (illuminated) on the internet. We are not demanding, but unfortunately we were disappointed because it did NOT meet our expectations, and in reality some things no longer look so nice and seemed cold to us! What should be highlighted, however, is the good sofa set, the view of the countryside from the balcony and the spacious parking space in the underground car park.

So we booked here for the first and last time.Arrived at 5.55 p.m., late payment for the key 25€ - I know it's in the terms and conditions - but it's still cheeky. Even with the justification the key safe had to be paid for. Never experienced anything like this anywhere else. The deposit was returned after 12 days, also very cheeky. The check is enough at the final cleaning and the money can be transferred the next day.Then we were there with our granddaughter (6), it was well known. I don't expect her to sleep in the marital bed in our midst or on the couch in the living room, but rather an extra bed or something similar. I expect more.There was a sliding glass door to the bathroom through which everything could be seen, heard, etc. Would have been worth a mention too.The location was good, right on Ostseeallee
