Hello, we were in App.239, the apartment itself was beautifully furnished and everything you needed was there. But the door in the hallway doesn't work at all, right next to the bedroom. When you clicked this door shut, you had the feeling that this was happening right in the bedroom. You could forget about sleeping in. Generally very noisy. I would not recommend this apartment.Too few storage compartments in the wardrobe. We found tablets from the landlords in the bedside cabinet. So the apartment was clean.

The facility is super well located. It's 5 minutes to the beach and less than 2 minutes to the "strip". The best fish sandwiches are right outside the door and good restaurants too. The apartment was significantly smaller than the pictures suggested. But there was enough space for two people. The interior is a bit old but everything was usable and tidy and clean. We were a little annoyed that the neighboring balcony was directly adjacent to the window of the upper area and the neighbors liked to watch European Championship football. We also noticed everything. And the neighbors could also look into the apartment.The bathhouse is also a little worn out. The pool was cloudy and heavily chlorinated. But the sauna was on and you could relax.All in all, we were satisfied and the performance corresponded to the price. The domicile is therefore recommended for a short trip for two. But you shouldn't expect luxury.

Unfortunately, the overall impression is only mediocre; you can expect more for the price. We were there with our sons 6 and 9 plus dog. Unfortunately, room 212 was unfavorable for us because it was over two floors with a spiral staircase, which is difficult with dogs and small children. The fitness room is available, but two out of three machines were broken. The swimming pool was open, but not supervised and made a mediocre impression, although the children had fun. At first glance the room was quite comfortable, but at second glance it was a bit worn out. All in all, the over €500 for a weekend was not justified.

Everything that was described to us before booking in this beach jewel property and also the pictures that are shown are anything but beautiful and an absolute lie. Our apartment 217 in particular is so shabby, untidy, uncomfortable and dirty. Definitely not recommended. The hallway entrance is also in need of renovation. The whole property could be beautified. Not just take in something but also invest something. We will definitely not recommend the Strandjuwel property and will never enter this building again. For the location in Kühlungsborn East it just sucks. Maybe the landlord of this place would have to rent the dirty stable for a few days. That's it.

Great apartments. Very close to the beach - everything you need is there. Even in bad weather there is a bathhouse + sauna! Everything neat and clean.

This is a better youth hostel, completely shabby. Not a good price/performance ratio. There are extra beds and other things in every corner of the stairwell. Not recommended.

Apartment 247 in the Strandjuwel is not a gem, the furnishings are simple, the couch is worn out, has a huge stain in the middle of the seat, the toilet seat keeps slipping and the broom closet has to be used as a wardrobe. The rental price is too high for that.

We stayed in a small, cute apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was very tasteful, modern and nicely furnished and clean. The location is great. Right on the promenade and a 2 minute walk to itPier. This doesn't get any better. The booking and check-in and check-out also went smoothly. I'm only deducting one star because the apartment was very noisy. Every chair the neighbors moved could be heard.
