The nice woman at breakfast gets the one star I gave. Otherwise it was nothing. The mattress on the bed is hell. It's far too soft and saggy. Now I come to the woman at reception. At first she was nice. I went down to her again 10 minutes later to ask for a fork because I forgot mine at home. I wanted to eat the salad I brought with me in the room. Then I hear that I don't want to eat here but I need cutlery. That the poor woman then has to clean up the trash the next day. Absolutely disgraceful. If I were you, I would consider this attitude towards guests. I don't recommend this hotel...

Going out for a nice meal at the weekend was a thing of the past! Open in the evenings only from Monday to Friday.This is how you can ruin yourself!

I really can't understand some of the comments here! I was here in the house for the first time today. The dinner was super delicious, the service was very, very friendly and the chef himself came to the tables and asked if everything was OK. In any case, great service. I can say about the room: the rooms are super clean, the bathroom is super lit 👍 I did Unfortunately, I've already seen it differently. Yes and the rest of the room is just dwarf according to the bed, table, etc. I will come back, great value for money. Always happy to keep it up!!! 👍 Yes, the only thing to complain about in my opinion is the parking options, you have to be lucky if something is available otherwise there are enough in the surrounding area.

I'm really at a loss for words here, the food was terribly bad, everything was just warmed up in a deep fryer, the service was rude and dubious, and the bill wasn't right either..

I give the whole thing two stars.I am only reviewing the hotel and the breakfast.The rooms are clean, but after a while they smell of cold smoke. Even if Febreze is sprayed daily, it doesn't help much. The beds have a very thin mattress, which is not particularly comfortable for heavier/larger people. The pillow is also really tiny. The gutters attached to the roof are leaking and a loud orchestra of drops falling on the windowsill make it almost impossible to close your eyes and sleep in peace.In my opinion, the lady downstairs in the tavern is not the friendliest person, which cannot be said about the lady at breakfast. She was always friendly and helpful.However, the breakfast is rather meager. You get baked rolls whose consistency suggests that they could have been from the day before and the selection is also rather limited. There is no yogurt or any other cheese.The location is outside the center and is right on a busy street. There are parking spaces, but they don't always have to be free, so you have to look for them.All in all, there are alternatives for the price in Siegen that I will use next time.

I'm only reviewing the party service here.Positive: friendly people, professional demeanor, really tasty and good food.Negative: I had selected a menu on the website and wanted to order. The first thing I was told was that the price was out of date. OK, I can understand that in the current situation (spring 2022). So I asked for a current price and accepted the newly calculated price without any evaluation. I expected not only a tasty meal (which, as I said, it was), but also a corresponding quantity. I had planned food for 40 people, but in fact there were only 31 eaters. Unfortunately, the quantity delivered was not enough even for the 31 people. Some of my guests would have liked a second helping, but there was nothing left. It's clear that this was more than embarrassing for me as the host. And this despite the fact that only 75% of the targeted consumers were there. I can't imagine what would have happened if I had actually had 40 hungry guests.As I said: I didn't try to negotiate the price, I just accepted it. If the restaurant had charged €2 or €3 more per portion, I wouldn't have cared.Unfortunately, the restaurant's reaction to my - friendly - suggestion was rather disturbing. The comment was: "Were they all such good eaters? The quantity was just enough!" No, it wasn't enough, I tried to explain that.I have already ordered catering there a few times - at longer intervals. After this experience, it will probably be the last time. Too bad.

I am a fitter and travel a lot in hotels and holiday apartments! I give almost no feedback even though I could! That's why today is my first!So anyone who gives this four stars is out of their minds!Friendliness leaves a lot to be desired!Rooms haven't been renovated since the 70s!Toilet not tight and all that little stuff!I don't want to complain too much, but even as a fitter who is used to a lot, the hotel is far too expensive for the low standard!I don't even want to talk about breakfast!So decide for yourself!

Positive: nice landlady, delicious food, very good coffee, large rooms, parking lot on siteNegative: very poor WiFi, high-pile carpet in the room, receiver takes a few minutes to start, no hairdryer, breakfast buffet rather spartan (no yogurt or fruit)
