Today we took a short coffee break there during our hike and ate a very delicious homemade cake. It's rare to get something so delicious these days. Big praise from us.

We were there with friends for dinner, not for an overnight stay. The taste of the food is good. Unfortunately, the dishes are prepared very carelessly and, above all, the portion size is a disgrace compared to the price. The side salad was partly brown, very little and absolutely carelessly slapped on.Unfortunately I cannot upload a photo.The general cleanliness and appearance around the terrace is also poor. There were a lot of empty drink crates and brooms etc. standing around. Unfortunately, due to the high prices compared to the small portions, we won't be coming back.

We booked a room there for one night. It is not a typical hotel as you would imagine. The reception was friendly.The room was a 3 bed room. Everything you needed was there. Small kitchenette, refrigerator, television, cupboard, shower and toilet. The room size was OK. It is simply furnished but clean. There was no hairdryer when we arrived, but one was brought to us immediately when we asked.Unfortunately we couldn't have breakfast there due to a lack of staff.All in all, it's completely ok for a weekend trip or as a mechanic's accommodation, etc.Unfortunately, no photos are allowed to be included because the owner claims his copyright

Today we ended up more or less by chance on the very beautiful terrace of the Dhaun Wappensaal.You have a fantastic view and it's very comfortable to sit thanks to the many parasols.The menu is clear, but there is something for everyone, from burgers to schnitzel to fluff cake. There is also ice cream and cake.The food was ok, the salad was a bit boring and the pork steak was slightly dry. The tarte flambée, on the other hand, was very tasty.The service was very friendly and very attentive at the beginning, but we had to ask for the bill three times and there were also some misunderstandings when ordering. Perhaps there is something that can be improved here.The live music was very entertaining and we found it very nice that this offer was particularly used by the older generation; the dance floor was always well filled.All in all we had a nice stay and will definitely come back. :)

Food was partly ok. That means: Schnitzel was tasty, potatoes and asparagus were warmed up, unfortunately you could see that in the food. When the plates were cleared, no one asked if it was tasty. But service was very friendly. Otherwise it's very nice to sit here.
