We can only judge the restaurant. Nice and cozy, but....fried potatoes were black.Really black.of course returned. Then new fried potatoes arrived. It wasn't "fried", they were quickly tossed in oil. Unfortunately the meat was completely tough. The idea of the dish was great, but the chef was probably on vacation or someone had no idea. It's a shame, there was no apology or anything like that. And the door leading down to the toilet was full of scraps of toilet paper. It was wet on the floor in the toilet room. Someone was probably on vacation here too. It's a shame, actually a great place.

The restaurant is excellent, the food tastes great and is freshly prepared. On busy days it sometimes takes a little longer to eat. Prices are around €25 per person with food and drinks. The restaurant is nicely decorated and you also have a nice view of the market square.

We were here for coffee and cake.You can sit outside here nicely. Coffee okay, cake was delicious. There is no oat milk. It takes forever to get served - mind you, we were only here for coffee and cake. The staff/service is difficult to get to grips with.

Great location with a nice view of the market, the service is always very good, I've been there several times now and can't say anything negative. The food and coffee are top and the prices are very humane, definitely a recommendation. Addendum, unfortunately the prices are no longer so moderate and the quality of the food has declined, which is a shame.

My sister and I were so excited about the hotel and the staff and cleaning staff. Everyone was so warm, accommodating, so kind, nice, funny, we've never experienced anything like that before. Breakfast, big compliments to the kitchen!!! So tasty, plentiful, super great!!!Sitting outside in the evening was nice, the service was funny, present and helpful.You all deserve more than just 5 stars.Thank you very much for being able to book another night so quickly. We took a day trip from Hamburg and therefore didn't visit the hotel.The young, female waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. Matjesbruscetta: more onions than matjes and the fried potatoes in the Wiener-style schnitzel were quite fatty for my taste! Sometimes less is more!

No statement can be made about the hotel as we only ate there. The food: Matjesbruscetta and schnitzel Viennese style were good. The female service person was very friendly and attentive. The male waiter with longer hair should refrain from constantly running his hands through his greasy hair between tables with guests and on the way into the building. Since it didn't happen near our table, we didn't say anything about it in front of the other guests.

Today we went for dinner with 5 people. Due to the summer weather we sat outside. The terrace is right on a main street. The service was very attentive. The dog was also taken into consideration - a bowl of water was offered. The drinks and food came quickly. Great taste. Keep it up! We'll definitely come back 👍

We went to Stilbruch for dinner early yesterday evening. With a waiter present, I asked for a table for two adults and a toddler. I was free to choose this on the terrace. The restaurant was only moderately busy and yet it took more than 10 minutes for the waiter to come back, wipe our table and ask for the drinks. Unfortunately, the long waiting times continued throughout the evening and the service seemed very reserved and curt. The fries were good, the burger and grilled vegetables were unfortunately drowned in cheese sauce. We had to actively ask for another drink as soon as a waiter was in sight. There is definitely room for improvement here. We wouldn't go there again because the taste wasn't right for us.

The tables outside were 30% occupied, no one inside. Service takes forever. Burger tastes terrible, the huge portion of cheese on it only makes it worse. One of the worst and most expensive burgers of my life (€14.50 without fries)
