Very tidy, small, family-run hotel. The rooms are clean and modernly equipped. The breakfast buffet is really tasty and nothing is missing. The Brüning family who run the hotel immediately make you feel at home. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back.

After we were disappointed last year and this year with many of the accommodations on the Werra, Fulda and Weser cycle paths, we wanted to give up this type of holiday. But the Kleine Parkhotel gives us hope that we will enjoy this type of vacation again.There's nothing to complain about here - everything just fits.Only because of ancient reviews that have nothing to do with the current condition of the hotel and the Brüning family, there is no better number in the overall ranking. Google should actually downweight older reviews when calculating the average.

Small, lovingly run hotel bed and breakfast, clean and attractively furnished rooms. Gerd and Ariane are great hosts, friendly and helpful. Special requests, e.g. for breakfast, are happy to be fulfilled. And there’s always a casual saying for free 😄We come almost every month and can see how regular renovations and repairs are made.

Very nice landlords. Took the time to explain everything and helped carry my panniers in from the bike. Room is completely sufficient for 1 night. Nice atmosphere. There is a busy street behind the house, but you could hardly notice anything even with the windows open. Tea was also freely available in the evening. Parking and loading options available.

We had a very friendly welcome as cyclists one night. The room was big enough and the bikes could be locked up. We were provided with plenty of information and even without having booked breakfast we were given morning coffee.We can recommend this hotel 👍

We stayed there for one night and what can you say...really nice little hotel run with love. Rooms well renovated everything you need. The operators are very nice and you immediately feel welcome. Every wish is catered for at breakfast and we definitely give it 5 stars.

We stayed overnight on the way from Wacken to Heligoland and got the room key for the evening early in the morning. Great service - also at the welcome and at breakfast, rooms and beds A1 in the small but nice hotel.We'd love to come back!

My mother and I checked in there from December 27th to December 30th for a short vacation. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the Brüning family, everything was shown and explained to us and we were also offered coffee. The rooms are beautifully large and spacious, designed and furnished in the typical North German style. Before breakfast, we had a warm and friendly chat with Mr. Brüning. The breakfast leaves no questions unanswered and is just right. The way the guest is welcomed is very warm and friendly, everyone is seen as a human being and treated with respect. In the evening you are welcome to help yourself to soft drinks and beer from the fridge, the prices are a bargain. Or would you like tea or games in the evening? You are welcome to serve yourself there. Splendid! We'll be back!Greetings from the Palatinate.

We were welcomed very nicely and had a fairly large room, like a small apartment, only without a kitchen. Very clean room and bathroom.Breakfast was served fresh at the time spoken (boiled eggs or scrambled eggs).The two owners are super nice and give good tips and advice.We would like to come again!

What else do you need on vacation other than a starting point from which you can explore the region? The hotel is clean, well equipped. Breakfast is "abundant" and a chat with the owner gives tips and suggestions for your stay and activities. In the evening you know where you can take a shower and sleep well; The nightcap is almost free.
