Such a beautiful holiday farm!The apartment was clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you could need.We received an incredibly loving welcome, there were lots of conversations in a friendly atmosphere and you could just feel good. The quiet surroundings, the proximity to the animals and the whole environment made our relaxation perfect. The time went by far too quickly, but we are planning already our return!!!

The Simmernhof is a family-run farm, super cute and cozy! There are more than enough leisure activities nearby, and you can also do more on the farm than expected. You can also go pony riding with the children. There are also farm cats, chickens and rabbits. But best of all, the alpacas!

Very beautiful and lovingly maintained farm, absolutely fond of children and caring for children - no matter whether it's about activities or the furnishings in the holiday apartment (children's chair, bathtub, booster seat, changing table, toilet attachment, stair lock - really great, the Schafbauer family are all of them look hospitable and involve the children everywhere, the trip with Grandma Anna was great :-), all the animals are very nice and like to be petted, drinks and eggs are available for purchase in the yard and invite you to linger, There are many bad weather options - you only have to plan a 45 minute drive for activities outside, but you are far away from all the hustle and bustle - keep it up!!!!

We really enjoyed our holiday week at the Simmernhof.The Schafbauer family is very warm and open-minded. They all know the holiday guest children by name and actively involve the children in the many great activities on the farm.The holiday apartments are very well maintained and family-friendly (children's high chair, baby bed, plastic dishes, step stool, baby bathtub, etc.).There are many nice corners on the farm to play, relax and of course get to know farm animals.

The time at the Simmernhof was wonderful. A warm welcome, great accommodation and right in the middle of farm life, perfect for our children.There is also a lot to experience in the area, just please be back in time for the cow feeding :-)))

We have been to the Simmernhof for the second time. Great well-kept farm, very nice holiday apartments. The children have everything they need. You also have to get to know the alpacas at the Simmernhof. The Schafbauer family does everything to make their guests feel comfortable. Thank you for the pleasant stay

We had a really wonderful and relaxing holiday at the Simmernhof. Everyone is incredibly nice and warm. The family always has or makes time for a chat. We received many valuable excursion tips. The children are always allowed to help and move freely around the farm without any problems. There are countless vehicles available for every age group. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the children are allowed two rounds of pony riding after working in the stables. Grandma Anna goes on a big tractor ride through the surrounding fields and forests once a week. If it's cold, there are even blankets to wrap up on the tractor. Everything has been thought of here. The alpaca hike with Sabrina was a highlight of our stay. The children are allowed to lead an alpaca themselves. That was so beautiful. You can purchase eggs and drinks at any time in the common room. Everything is written down very simply and billed at the end. Just around the corner is a small village shop where you can find everything you need and also fresh bread rolls. On Mondays and Thursdays the baker comes to the farm at 8 a.m. And on Saturdays the butcher stops just one yard away. That was sensational. Our Ententeich apartment was incredibly comfortably furnished. We felt very, very comfortable. Thank you very much for this great stay. We'll definitely be back.

The apartment is very large and spacious, everything is very tidy.The many animals and the spacious outdoor areas enable varied hours on site. Pony rides, alpaca hikes, tractor rides, feeding cows, petting rabbits, strolling around the farm with other children - no wish is left unfulfilled when it comes to a farm holiday.We liked it very much.

The 1-week vacation with the family of 4 was simply perfect!The holiday apartment was in top condition and very modernly furnished. All the necessary equipment was available. Everything clean and nothing broken. Everything is in immaculate condition and family-friendly.The farm was very pretty and had many opportunities to relax and linger. Various seating options and the playground in the barn and outside delighted us and our children.The highlight were the daily tasks, with which the children were actively invited to help. These included:- Bringing ponies to the paddock and back- Get eggs from the chicken coop (which you could buy straight away for a small price)- Fetch feed for the cows with the tractor and distribute it in the cowshed.The children were able to go into the rabbit hutch and feed and pet the rabbits with greens they had picked themselves.The farm offers many vehicles for every age group. We were particularly excited that there were also pedal cars where adults could drive and children could ride along. A dartboard, chalkboard and table football were available for free use. The wooden horses of different sizes were great for riding. The children were also able to ride the ponies accompanied three days a week. A common room with board games for the rainy days and lots of current flyers made us want to visit the nearby attractions.The small shop in town had everything you need for life. ATTENTION: only cash payment possible!There were plenty of other shopping opportunities in the surrounding area, which could be reached quite quickly by car.A baker's van regularly visited the farm and offered everything from bread to rolls to cakes at affordable prices in the morning.The farm itself always had enough drinks on offer. These could be purchased at the end of the vacation by “letting them write to you.”I found the Schafbauer family to be extremely fond of children. Whenever they met the little ones, they talked to them, offered toys and encouraged them to participate.The farmer's wife's journey through the nearby forest in the small transport vehicle was a great change and everyone really enjoyed it.The whole family was able to experience real life on a farm up close and there was always something to marvel at.A huge thank you goes to Mr. Schafbauer, who offered us unconditional help in our greatest need. My car broke down in the yard and I had to pick up my rental car from the next bigger city. Mr. Schafbauer immediately offered me his help and drove me to the pick-up location mentioned.A huge thank you again for this selfless act and kindness!During the entire week of our stay, we were always greeted in a friendly manner, had nice conversations and always had the opportunity to ask questions. We always had the feeling of being welcome.All in all, a completely perfect vacation! We will be back!Best wishes and greetings!
