We had a very nice room, clean, tastefully decorated and fresh towels were always replenished as requested, the cleaning team was great! The breakfast was really good. Only when we arrived, we were there a little early, we couldn't order coffee or tea, the service was really lacking. Thank you for the stay!

The positive first: the breakfast buffet was perfect and the staff (especially at breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. Two things bothered us. For one thing, the room is only cleaned every two days. That wouldn't actually bother me if at least the bed was made. By that I don't mean getting fresh, but rather making it look nice again. I complained about this on the second day and was told that this was being done for ecological reasons (I'm more inclined to think of cost reasons and employee savings). However, if you wish, you are welcome to make the bed. I tried this, unfortunately it didn't work either. We paid extra for a sea-facing room. Instead of seeing the sea, the street passes directly in front of the room. It is clear to me that facing the sea does not mean sea view. However, the view of the inner courtyard with the cheaper price would be nicer...
