Honestly everything was perfect from the outset. However,once we were in the bed we had only from 3 am to 6 quiet and silence. After that there was only the door of the corridor opening and closing every 1 minute. It seems like there was a family of elephants living there . I also heard a 7 am the noise of the neighbors pupping and singing. No isolation at alllll . Not recommended i swearrrr 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Pleasant hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Modernly furnished. The staff speaks English, German and is friendly and helpful. There is also accessibility to public transport. After a short walk of around 10 minutes, you can take the metro to the center.

Even if the rooms are cheap, they don't actually have to be dirty. Even after complaining about the cleanliness of the room when we moved in and the further "cleaning", it wasn't really clean. Only the areas we showed were explicitly cleaned. The windowsill, fridge and floor in general, for example, were still dirty.The breakfast is OK. You can also use the garage free of charge.You have to walk 10 to 15 minutes to the next metro station.

1 star because of the hidden charge - tourist tax of 20 Euro. Hate this tipe of crap, when you think you're done paying, but... NOPE.Plus really far away from transport and stores.Shower is tiny.Otherwise OK.There's a small coffee machine with capsules, on a plus side.

Delicious breakfast with a freshly baked omelet. Cut your own (warm) bread. Dinner is also fine, don't expect star cuisine, but the simple menu is passable. Air conditioning in the room is also nice.

The bathroom's light was so dim I could barely see inside. I asked the reception to have a different room (since repairs take time) and they did it immediately. I checked the second room and everything was fine. The room's door was squeaking on open/close but I could live with it.The room had enough space and was well arranged. There was enough space to put two carry-on bags on an open closet, by the door. They had to be on the floor, but that was OK.However the bathroom's sink was very small, with a shelf very close to it. Washing one's face, teeth etc. resulted in spilling water on the floor. There was no shelf in the shower. The glass door of the shower prohibited access to the bathroom's shelf, so one had to put everything on the floor.When I came back late in the evening, none of the four outlets in the room had power to charge my mobile. There was no light in the bathroom also! I called the reception twice. It was like somebody picked up the phone and immediately hang up! I had to dress again and go to the reception. The receptionist checked the electricity board, found that a switch was set off and switched it back on. When I asked why she would not answer my calls, she said she never touched the phone and it should be an electricity issue. As it turned out she was right: the next day the receptionist picked up my call.There was no shower or shampoo in the bathroom! They had run out of them and they brought some the third day.This is the first hotel where they do not arrange the bed: they just pull the cover over the wrinkled sheets! A coffee cup was left dirty after cleaning the room.Sheets have to be changed every three days. They were not. Had to ask the reception for that.I had breakfast only once. It was a absolutely minimal buffet charged for 17.75 that was really not worth that kind of money.Till I checked out, six days later, the room's door was still squeaking.I have to say that every employee was very courteous, always with a smile.

The Good: It’s a decent commuter hotel. If you’re staying just for a couple of nights and you need to be close to Schiphol airport, this is good. The room size is good, the reception and restaurant staff can give good suggestions and listens to requests. Security is also good as you need to tap your card 3 times-to get to the floor you’re on, to enter the floor your room is at and then to get to your room. There is a McDonalds close to the hotel so if you’re on a budget, you can get some food at a lower price. The free shuttle to the airport was excellent and we used that to go to the airport and then get to Amsterdam Centraal and then back.Things that need to be improved: 1. The noise in the elevator. There are 2 elevators at the lobby. The one on your left is a bit noisy and seems like gear needs to be oiled. Can be annoying sometimes especially if you’re newly checked in. Doesn’t give a good impression on the maintenance of the hotel.2. The rooms have a decent size, but very minimalist- you get 1 pillow, one towel.one soap and body gel. The bathroom is decent, but it seems that the room needs some maintenance. There was a stench that seemed to indicate the room hasn’t been used in a while. We stayed for more than 3 nights and the stench was gone only on the 4th night. The staff did give us more towels and more soap and gel when we requested.3. There is wifi and it’s decent but a bit slow.If you’re on a budget this could be a good hotel when visiting Amsterdam.

Room:Basically clean and absolutely fine.Only in the bathroom were there mold spots on the ceiling.Service:The staff was friendly and tried hard. There's nothing wrong with that. Thumbs up!Only the breakfast is not even remotely worth the money (€17.50): rolls are sticky, scrambled eggs are tasteless and lukewarm, the coffee machine is out of order several times, slices of cheese are dried out and hardened on the edge...2 stars deducted ONLY because of the breakfast.Location:There are hardly any restaurants nearby, but the metro is within walking distance. From there you can be in the middle of the city in just a few minutes.The motorway is in the immediate vicinity, but is constantly congested - traffic jams are inevitable.
