We were warmly welcomed at reception. The food was very tasty and the location was great. The hotel is located right next to the spa park, which is very well maintained and ideal for taking a walk.

We spent two nights here as a family in a clean double room with an extra bed for a child. The room is already quite narrow and it would be a bit tight with an additional bed. But since you're actually just sleeping here, that's no problem. We also had no problems with the shower water temperature. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were varied enough for our taste. It was quickly refilled and tasted good. Very friendly service in the restaurant! We reported the discrepancy between the booked service regarding children's dinner with the travel provider (Reisen Aktuell) and the actual service/costs in the hotel to the travel provider. This will be further clarified between the hotel and the travel provider. We were kindly accommodated on site. The in-house, well-heated pool is not huge, but we visited the Solymar Therme, which is about 500m away. The location of the hotel right next to the spa park is of course great. You can walk to the city center in 10 minutes.Free parking spaces are available next to the hotel.

A bit old but still nice, very nice well-kept spa park, short distances to the city! Very good bus and train connections!

The hotel is getting old and the rooms need to be renovated. The rooms will only be cleaned after “registration” the day before. I wouldn't have a problem with this if someone told me this at check-in. You can get towels and a bathrobe if you ask, but you always have to run after them. What really bothers me is the fluctuating water temperature in the shower! Either ice cold or you get scalded. Even a note in the room doesn't help if I unintentionally have a contrast shower.Unfortunately there is no stairwell and you always have to take the elevator. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great! If you don't find anything, it's your own fault. Good variety, large selection as well as lots of salads and fresh things. The staff is very friendly. The sauna is small and there are only a few loungers. Definitely too small for the size of the hotel!I think the location at the spa park and the proximity to the city are great. So there are advantages and disadvantages and everyone should decide for themselves which ones outweigh them.

Outdated hotel, beautifully located in the spa gardens. Food was very good, it's a shame that there was a store-bought marble cake on the table at breakfast.Balcony impossible, barred like in prison, very dirty.Bathroom definitely needs renovation. Staff very friendly

Check-in and rooms are ok in autumn and winter, and possibly also in spring. There is no air conditioning in summer. You can also only open the window completely, not tilt it. Contrary to many reviews here, I found the bed comfortable and nice and wide as a single bed (140?, but at least 120). Balcony a bit run down and adventurousFantastic location in the middle of the spa park.Breakfast is delicious and offers a very large selection. The evening kitchen, on the other hand, has room for improvement. The meat was often very dry and the chef's imagination was rather boring. On three buffet evenings there was the same meat twice and even the same fish three times. Likewise, the same vegetables three times. There were always two types of vegetables and at least the second type was different.Dessert was mixed. There were homemade desserts, but also some ready-made ones, such as apple strudel with vanilla sauce. The cheese plate, however, was delicious.

We felt very comfortable in the hotel. All employees were totally friendly and accommodating. The food was very good, only the chef seems to have a preference for pepper. Everything fine. We'd love to come back.

I was already at a seminar in this hotel in 2023 and I found it very appealing back then. I'll say my complaints, the swimming pool is dirty and everything is good, the food was varied and tasty. Thanks to the kitchen and the cocktails at the bar are also good and tasty. The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was that the windows in the foyer were dirty and the windows in the seminar room. Despite all that, it was very good and pleasant there.

Very outdated hotel that urgently needs to be renovated, the balconies were more like winter gardens, very old rooms. The breakfast is excellent. The sauna doesn't open until 4 p.m., which is absurd these days. The pool was well heated. Dinner was ok, unfortunately often over-seasoned.
