Very nice apartment and really great hosts. They always had an open ear and we received a very warm welcome.The highlight in the summer for children was the paddling pool. Otherwise you can start from there on many great excursions. Or start hiking right in front of the house.

A place to feel good. The Kraus family looks after their guests with a lot of heart. The 3rd time in this beautiful place and there will be a 4th time...we are already looking forward to it 😘.

We were at Wartner's in Teisnach from October 1st to October 8th, 2022.The chalet is beautiful and leaves nothing to be desired. Very clean and extremely tastefully decorated. The entire Kraus family takes perfect care of every guest.From the first minute you feel like you have come home.A huge thank you to Claudia, the perfect host and her amazing family.We will definitely come back and can expressly recommend Chalet Wartner to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a nice break in the Bavarian Forest.Kind regards to Teisnach.Micha, Andy, Oli, Manne and Jackie.

The Wartner family's holiday home in Arnestried was perfect for our family vacation. In the two holiday apartments, which are in one house, we had more than enough space with 5 children and 3 adults. Since we all moved around freely in the house, it didn't feel like it was two separate apartments, but more like one house, which included the luxury of several bathrooms and living rooms.The Wartner family is the perfect host with their friendly demeanor, bread delivery service, laundry service, positive attitude towards large families and much more. The outdoor pool was clean and the children were allowed to be children and "romp around"/laugh in the pool despite the houses in the neighborhood. If we had any concerns (even if it was just a new type of bread roll we wanted), we were able to get in touch at any time. The house is very well furnished for everyday life. We “adults” also found it a highlight that there were some books and flyers with tips for day trips in the area.We can recommend the holiday apartment and the contact with the Wartner family with a clear conscience.Thank you very much and gladly again!

A fantastic TIME-OUT in a fantastic ambience. We were able to enjoy a lovingly furnished chalet. Highly recommended! Everything is stylishly furnished, immaculately clean, plus a free laundry service (advantage for families with children) as well as a bread roll service. Beautiful nature - very suitable for mountain bikers and hikers. The Kraus family is very nice and always helpful. We are already looking forward to our next vacation “at the Wartner” and above all wish the Kraus family good health!

Super cozy and well-equipped chalet. Owner accommodating and very friendly. We were greeted with a Christmas tree and two bottles of wine. We were also brought fresh bread rolls every morning 👍🏽
