Excellent "transit" hotel for 1 night.Small, neat room, excellent breakfast.A few restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the coffee maker did not work, we were there in September, but in October it still did not work, and in October the elevator did not work either, it was supposed to be fixed, but it was not possible during our stay. My husband has very difficulty walking, it was not convenient.

We were traveling through with our two children and dogs and were given a great welcome. The room was great. We all had enough space and it was very clean. Last but not least, I unfortunately forgot my pillow there and it was kept for me until after my vacation on the way back so that I could pick it up. Everything was great all around. We'll be back

We stayed one night at the B&B Hotel in Hésingue in October 2024 to catch our flight from Basel-Mulhouse airport on Tuesday morning at 6:35 a.m.The receptionist organized a taxi for us on Monday evening and informed the company that we would like to be picked up at 4:00 in the morning. The taxi company was informed that we needed a large taxi to transport our surfboards (about 2 meters long). The pickup has been confirmed.The next morning the taxi driver arrived promptly at 4:00 a.m. with a large vehicle (similar to a VW Caddy). However, as soon as he saw the surfboards he refused to drive us to the airport. His reasoning was that the surfboards wouldn't fit in the car - even though they would have easily fit in a station wagon. He simply didn't want to take us with him. The driver reacted moodily and aggressively and offered us no alternative or help despite asking several times. He abandoned us, knowing full well that it would be difficult for us to find a new taxi and that we might miss our flight.Luckily we were able to organize a taxi service from the Swiss side and didn't miss our plane.Finally, I can only say that cooperation between B&B Hotel and this taxi company (Taxi Proxi Hésingue) should be avoided.

I was looking for a place to stay overnight for me and my wife at short notice. Check-in took place within 2 minutes via a display at the entrance. Everything was clean, nice shower and good bed. The room is great for an overnight stay.

Nice hotel! Went with our son 3.5 years old. Had a neat room with 4 beds, spacious, clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, close to the airport for the pilots, we were by car and the hotel is also close to the highway.

The young lady at reception (Maha) was very kind and patient. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom a little small but serviceable. We didn't hear any plane noise as the windows are very efficient double glazed. Maha pointed us to the brasserie 5 minutes away on foot, where we ate well. We didn't have breakfast the next day. If we pass through here another time, we will be happy to spend the night there.

The room is good, the only concern is the poor customer service and lack of assistance from the staff.We were supposed to take the shuttle from the airport except that due to ambiguous information from the hotel reception we waited in the wrong place which caused us to miss the shuttle. After several calls to reception with no response, we took a taxi (at our own expense). The reception did not make the effort to check whether the shuttle had picked us up even though 5 minutes earlier we had informed them of where we were waiting. In addition, the shuttle the next day (Sunday) had been agreed for 6:30 a.m. which was not respected because it only operates from 7:00 a.m. So there also taxi at our expense. After two weeks, the information on the booking.com site has still not been corrected.

Rooms were clean and looked good! Enjoyed the stay. We called for the possibility to store the bikes inside, as we are on a bikepacking trip. This was confirmed.Upon arrival this was possible, but for 6 eur per bike.

We stayed at B&B Hotel Mühlhausen Airport for the opening rate of 50 euros, paying 11 euros per person for breakfast. The location is excellent, ideally located just before Basel. The hotel is new, but the bathroom unfortunately gave an outdated and somewhat dirty impression, which was a shame for such a recently opened hotel.We found the automatic self-check-in very useful; we were able to check in without assistance and enter the room with a code, which was very practical. There was plenty of parking space, and the beds were clean and comfortable, which is definitely a plus.However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. For 11 euros we expected more, but there was little choice and the coffee from the machine was not exactly great.All in all a great place for a stopover, but with some improvements to the breakfast and bathroom it would definitely have more potential.

This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Now there was even a Nespresso machine (no cups) in the room and a safe.The view at the rear is also beautiful: the neighbor's vegetable garden and the village in the distance.The beds are wonderful, the bathroom is clean, in short, you can sleep wonderfully and cross the border rested early in the morning.

Worst experience ever. I made a booking a few days in advance, and upon arriving at 1 AM—with no prior notice or contact—the reservation was canceled. There I was, with an 8-year-old after 10 hours of travel, just looking for a place to sleep. When I contacted the company, their response was, "Your booking is canceled, good luck." They had oversold the rooms and canceled mine last minute without any notification. Be careful when booking with them!

This is a very new hotel and that's visible. We got the disabled double room (because that was available). The room was spacious en looked new and nice. Check-in went perfectly through the online system and the hotel is easy to find by car and it's nice you can park your car as well.But there were also some points I did not like, mainly in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, the soap dispenser was empty, there is no shower curtain, getting the whole floor wet. And the worst part was the hair in the shower drain... the bathroom was clearly not cleaned very well (or at all?)....

If you are looking for seclusion, neat and value for money, B & B is a great option. However, you should have your means of transportation. The town is not great for local transportation, infact DistriBus moves after every 40mins! I was at the bus stop forever!! But once you get to St Louis station, the tram is fantastic.Back to B & B, I didn't take the breakfast option so I cannot rate it. However, I didn't see a lot of options of restaurants around except Domino's.The hotel is always neat the staff are very friendly, though some impediments with English language. The room is beautiful, clean, the sheets are soft/clean, the bathroom was clean and security on the door is coded from outside the room and there is an additional lock inside.The TV was not much entertainment as all channels were in French.I chose this hotel because it has a shuttle bus to/from airport but you must notify the hotel atleast 2 days to arrival or departure.B & B is highly recommended but since I won't be driving and need to be able to access transportation quickly, I won't be choosing this hotel but if I rent a car. Oh yes!

Very new hotel! So new that almost the plastic is still on everything. This also means that the charging stations for the car were not yet completed and the coffee maker was not connected.But a nice stay while traveling.
