Great place with very positive energy. Cozy house with friendly hosts. All around are picturesque landscapes filled with silence and peace. And of course, creations of culinary art from the chef. Thank you for a pleasant, unforgettable vacation.

You come out of the hotel room and you're right on the lake, a fantastic location. Went there over a long weekend and felt very comfortable and ate delicious food. We will be back definitely.

It is a small half-timbered house with around 10 rooms on the upper floor and holiday apartments (number unknown) on the lower floor, which is getting old. The room we moved into was very small. If the suitcase was on the floor, the door would no longer open. It was equipped with a tiny TV that sat on the table. Only the “GEZ channels”, ARD, ZDF etc. were running and they were spread out wildly. The mattress was a bit too hard for me and the bed wobbled. The bathroom was renovated, clean and top. You felt like you were in another hotel.The breakfast is economical. There were rolls and croissants (very tasty), jam, scrambled eggs, bacon and cold cuts.Dinner can be good or bad. My partner has a wonderful schnitzel, whereas mine was drowned in oil.The outside terrace with a wonderful view of the lake is positive. The prices are reasonable. The ferry pier is 2 minutes away.There is free WiFi, which works well.The owner is very friendly and accommodating and there is nothing to complain about.All in all, you get the feeling that the hotel thrives on its good location. The stay was still very nice and recommended for a weekend.If the rooms were renovated like the bathroom, that would be an asset.

Relatively small, family restaurant that we always enjoy going to. The location right on Lake Rursee is wonderful, the service is warm and the food is classic German, but in the best sense and simply delicious.

Fortunately, Woffelsbach is not yet overrun with tourism - anyone who wants to switch off from everyday life and is looking for peace and nature will certainly appreciate the place here.Of course you can get your stomach filled at every corner - but here in the small Seehof you can tell as a guest that the owner still cooks with passion! The operating staff were also quite friendly and accommodating. I would only like to complain about the opening times - a wider range would be desirable in this regard. I can't comment on the rooms as we were only guests in the restaurant.If we go on holiday in the Eifel again, we will definitely be happy to come back here.

There is information hanging in front of the entrance door: "No reordering is possible for any dish on the menu!"You know straight away how important the guest is here.If your group is no larger than three people and the weather is nice, you'll be lucky enough to sit outside on the sunlit balcony directly above the Rursee.Otherwise you will be told you can only dine indoors.The restaurant breathes the flair of the 70s.When we ordered, we asked that the Rösti thalers be exchanged for French fries (both come from the deep fryer). “That’s not possible!” was the clear message from the waitress.Each plate is garnished with lots of red peppercorns.The smokers among the guests are happy that the gentle smell of cigarette smoke wafts through the restaurant every now and then.Since the waitress has lost the anatomical ability to smile in a friendly manner, I was at least able to save the tip. We imagined our lunch differently. . .

Very good hospitality. Rooms are small but nice. I have a lot of fun with the owner Michael and his wife and can't stop laughing. I'm happy to go there again and can only recommend it. The prices there are also reasonable. There's so much breakfast and dinner that you can hardly manage so much.

Don't expect the accommodation of a 5 star hotel. But price/quality, this hotel certainly deserves 5 stars. Rooms are not luxurious, but everything is available and it is neat. Always a very tasty meal. The restaurant is also highly recommended as a visitor. Extensive menu, tasty and at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. For me it always feels like coming home.
