The rooms are very nicely furnished with a kitchen, refrigerator, stovetop and microwave and the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the view of the Black Forest is very nice

New and clean rooms. Nice and tidy structure. We had a problem with the heating in the bedroom, but it was resolved in the morning.Poor breakfast, little choice, mediocre quality and barely replenished. We asked more than once if it was possible to have extra bread and cheese. I understand that it was Sunday and the bakeries were closed, but we could organize differently, since there were quite a few guests. The first day we had breakfast in a secondary room, because the main one was full. No problem, but at least warm it up!Nobody came to tidy up the rooms, we returned in the evening and found the beds still to be made and the bathroom to be cleaned. We didn't want a perfect room, but at least a sprucing up would have been appreciated. There was no bin in the bathroom to throw away feminine hygiene "stuff". We drank two herbal teas in the evening and were "forced" to clean the cups, otherwise they would have applied an extra cost. All for a price of 140 euros per night.We received the "Gästekarte" or tickets to use public transport for free, only on the second day. They would have been welcome from the first day, but when we arrived no one asked us if we needed them, in addition to the fact that the reception is non-existent (but this was already known).For what we paid we expected better treatment.

I can really recommend the hotel! Email contact in advance regarding room keys is completely uncomplicated, large breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. Drinks and small snacks are available for purchase in the cellar.Just a little thing: Since I had forgotten toothpaste and toothbrush, it would have been great if I had found them (or for sale in the basement. I couldn't buy them at reception either). I think that nowadays you can expect to buy these little things from you, especially since there isn't a drugstore in the area

Our room was clean, very spacious and had a balcony overlooking fields and forest.The breakfast was excellent, the owners and service were always friendly.The train connection to Freiburg from here is great.

Family-run house.Boss and staff very friendly and extremely concerned about the guest.Quiet, nice rooms with beautiful views.Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.Very good parking options.Public transport connections to beautiful Freiburg and nearby excursion destinations (Feldberg, Titisee .....). terrific.We will be back.

I've been enjoying coming here for several years now.Very nice, renovated, large rooms in the guest house with a great bathroom. Very good parking options. Personally guided and if the car breaks down, the boss even drove us to the workshop in the neighboring town😊.Good restaurants in town within walking distance.

We recommend!!!! Super friendly service, the owner is really nice, the breakfast was delicious and the room we were in was super well maintained and comfortable!There is a large parking lot behind the house, and you can go hiking about 300 meters away. Buses and trains are also easily accessible, so you can simply leave your car behind.We are coming again next year! 👍👍👍

Simply great.Parking spaces in front of the door.Friendly reception.A really nice, large room that is super clean. There is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator. A comfortable sofa and a table with chairs are part of the room furnishings. There is also a balcony for sitting outside.Very nice bathroom with a large shower.Breakfast is brought to the room. (Everything regional and not from discounters)I'm totally thrilled, others can learn a lesson from this.I will come back here at any time. Thank you for allowing me to be a guest here.
