Unfortunately, we weren't served for half an hour until we realized through a conversation with the innkeeper that they currently had no electricity. It would have been good if he had approached the guests and informed them about it.We then went to ask.

Wonderful restaurant with super delicious food. We were on holiday in Kirchzarten and passed this restaurant one evening. We liked everything and remembered it positively. The funny and charming waiter. The incredibly delicious food. And the wonderful ambience on the terrace. We would love to come back on our next vacation. We had the venison ragout and excellent rose wine.

Anyone who hears "Rössle" probably imagines a home-style pub, especially if it is in a village far away. But she isn't. It's more of a community of dropouts who run a restaurant on the side.The kitchen is clean and tidy, I think the hygiene is ok, but you shouldn't think that when you see the guest rooms (photo). Even worse than the junk lying around the bar is what comes out of the tap: beer that is only moderately chilled and foams accordingly.When you see the guys who live here, all of whom give the impression that they don't even know what the inside of a shower looks like, you can imagine that no one knows how to adjust a tap.The toilet looks good when you come in (photo), but a look around the corner reveals a picture that is unfortunately also familiar from other bars: a broken urinal. Funny: waiting only makes the repair more expensive, not cheaper.I wanted to give it two stars, but then increased it to three - because there are a surprising number of parking spaces.

In itself a nice location with a cozy garden. However the service was really bad. Very long waiting times and something was constantly being forgotten. For the very high prices, the portions are clearly too small and the quality is not great either. Price and performance are disproportionate. It's a shame because the location really offers a lot but the service and prices are unfortunately disappointing.

Today we walked from the campsite to the country inn to the Rössle.We enjoyed the reception/service and definitely the food!We had Wildfleich Maultaschen and a nice bottle of rosé. With berry crumble for dessert and a good coffee.Highly recommended and worth repeating.Thank you to the Rössle for the lovely evening and the delicious food.

Beautiful, friendly restaurant with very warm service! Very tasty food with new daily specials and new variations every week at very fair prices, as well as super delicious homemade drinks. Sitting, whether in the idyllic beer garden or in the cozy lounge, is always nice. But what contributes most is the very personal, warm service from all employees to a real feel-good atmosphere! They also respond very flexibly to special requests and have a lot of patience with small guests. We come regularly and give an unreserved recommendation!

First of all: The garden area is very nicely done and you can relax there. Unfortunately the service is subpar. Have reserved a table. The guests who had not reserved a table were treated quite rudely. The waiter was extremely overwhelmed and unfortunately made the guests understand this. The quality of the food is okay. Unfortunately, the portions are sometimes much too small. Or the price is way too high. Actually a pretty nice place. It's a shame the rest doesn't fit. The Dreisamtal has very good alternatives. We will use these now.

We've had really warm moments in this restaurant. Unfortunately, the service seems to depend very much on the day and the person. However, we have never felt as unwanted and annoying as we do today. Personnel shortage or not. We left again.

Very nicely located restaurant on the edge of Kirchzarten. Absolutely recommended!The menu included fresh homemade cheese spaetzle with vegetarian gravy 😻 and also (vegan) homemade cake. Gladly again.

We were there at three in the afternoon on the first of October when the weather was wonderful and we either wanted something small to eat or coffee and cake. It's really nice to sit in the very secluded garden. That was the positive part. ..The outdoor area was well occupied, all tables were occupied. We sat down with a very friendly senior couple. They had been waiting for their coffee for over 15 minutes and immediately told us that there was nothing left to eat. Okay, cake then. Some time later the super stressed, unfriendly waitress came and brought the seniors one coffee and cake instead of two. Meanwhile we had already been sitting there for easily 10 minutes. We were told very harshly and without apology that there was no more cake and that the coffee would take a while. We ordered two beers. These came 25 minutes later. Even without an apology or a kind word from the waitress. After we paid, a girl of about 8 came to the table and cleared away and called us completely naturally. That was probably the temporary help. Conclusion: Sunday afternoon at three there was nothing left to eat, service took half an hour for 2 beers without any explanation or excuse. They're totally overwhelmed, but they're into upscale gastronomy. This won't work for long and then there will be another change of tenant, like every 3-4 years...

After a very long hike, we asked for directions or public information. means of transport. The man of the house wanted to help us, but was harshly called back from the kitchen by the employee. There would be a lot to do and we should just google it because after all we wouldn't earn anything from it. It was about a maybe. one minute conversation. Thank you for this “helpfulness”.
