After a long hike on the Munich Way of St. James in August 2022, we found this great hostel... The hostel parents are very hospitable and spontaneously invited us for coffee and cake. We were even able to get to know the previous owners. Everyone talked about their experiences on the pilgrimage. It's fun to talk to someone who has been through the same thing. Many funny stories were told... When we moved into our room, we felt safe... A shell paradise :)The hostel parents have put so much love into the facility. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Craziness...The breakfast the next morning was very nicely prepared... Anyone who walks this route should definitely stop here. Hospitality is very important here...

I stayed here during my pilgrimage in Münchner Jakobsweg. Very nice place and welcoming hosts, Heide and Joachim. Everything you can ever need was available in a very nice pilgrim atmosphere.

It's so nice and easyAfter arriving, I slept for 2 hours and recharged my batteries.We sit together in the evening and talk about God and the world.A real pilgrimage atmosphere in the Allgäu. Here as a pilgrim you experience a small pilgrimage miracle. Very loving hostel parents in a very lovingly designed hostel on the Munich Way of St. James. Great welcome, you feel like you're in good hands from the first moment. The facility is wonderfully maintained and sensationally equipped for pilgrims' needs. The breakfast in the morning was rich and the musical farewell was very difficult for us. A clear recommendation for everyone who walks the Munich Way of St. James!

Real pilgrim hostel run by an experienced pilgrim couple. Warm welcome, almost family-like care. Manageable size with seven beds. Some rooms have a covered balcony, but there is also comfortable seating on the terrace. Kitchen available, early breakfast possible. Signposted separately from the pilgrimage route.

The path is long and difficult. How wonderful are such a saving island. This pilgrim accommodation is lovingly furnished and is maintained by wonderful people who are pilgrims themselves and know all the tricks and tips. Absolutely recommended!!
