Very nice quiet place. We enjoyed it with our children and grandchildren. Spacious sitting room and dining room. Bedrooms fine, maybe a place to put your suitcase or clothes.

Great holiday home. With many facilities. The spacious living room, kitchen and dining room ensure that it does not feel crowded at all, even with a large group. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen is ideal for enjoying cooking yourself. The bedrooms are cozy and clean, with good beds. The large heated swimming pool and hot tub add something extra to the holiday feeling, as does the pool table.In one word: great

Absolutely recommended. We had a retreat with a research team. Everything was in order, expect that the internet could not handle our usage. Nonetheless, great location, renovated bathrooms, working heated pool and lots of space.

What a beautiful house and a beautiful location. Wonderfully remote so you can really enjoy yourself with family/friends. The only drawback I found was that there was no washing machine and the air conditioning turned out to be broken. A washing machine is very nice, especially if you stay there for more than 3/4 days!During the day there were extremely many flies and mosquitoes. But otherwise the house was very neat, rooms and beds were fantastic, swimming pool and hot tub and sauna were great fun! We really enjoyed it! Thank you!

Top accommodation! Nicely renovated and great location where you can do your thing with 20/25 people. Hot tub, swimming pool and bar are nice extras

Location looks neat, plenty of bedrooms and beds. Lots of showers and toilets. (Shower heads unfortunately old and full of limescale) Unfortunately, the room where I slept, I think there was a leak somewhere. It was extremely humid. Unfortunately, there was only 1 cue at the pool table, which was also broken.Lots of mosquitoes outside in the evening and lots of flies during the day.The surroundings and the forest behind are beautiful. Everything is very spacious.Pillows were firm, and the mattresses were also comfortable. Luckily it didn't sag at all.

The interior renovations on this estate are almost complete, complete finishing as soon as possible! Gardens have been updated & cleaned up, a plus in my opinion! A very beautiful estate in itself where overdue maintenance has been eliminated!

The house is off gas. This means that the entire house must be heated with heaters. That's not possible. At least it's still downstairs, but outside the kitchen and the living room it's just stone cold. Nice idea but it doesn't work. The owner came to bring a heater. When all the heaters are on, the fuses blow out all the time. So only come in the summer. Many showers are available, but they are poorly maintained. Sliding bars broken and of course also stone cold. There is hot water. Spacious bedrooms available. Beds are all sagging. Great for kids, not suitable for adults.Hot tub is dirty. Sauna not used. The overall condition of the house is that it could use a major renovation.So only suitable for use in the summer unless you find the cold pleasant.

House is beautiful. Spacious and beautifully situated by the forest. The owner has horses at the house that you can watch. The hot tub was fantastic and you can have a nice BBQ and light a fire. Highly recommended. However, do not book the house via Belvilla but directly with the owner. Belvilla treats you terribly and you are stalked with multiple emails every day with conflicting messages.

Had a successful friends weekend with 11 people where we used the sauna and hot tub! Beautiful accommodation with a friendly owner. Spacious layout and it was definitely worth driving about 1.5 hours for beautiful surroundings.

There was a lot of overdue maintenance. Fireplace was not working. There was a dead bird in the toilets. Very musty. It was useful to hang air fresheners. The shower in the sauna did not work properly. The hot tub was very dirty. There was no real privacy on Saturday all day long. In the forest, cars passed through the area where our kids had to play to cut wood. It was nice that the kids were allowed to look in the stables at the horses. We had a successful weekend with our group of friends, but the price for what you rent is far too high. wishes about the environment, it was beautiful with the gentlemen at a trout pond, we all visited a fair and went to the forest, that was all great

What a great week at Nieuwhuis Estate! We thoroughly enjoyed the tropical temperatures around our holiday home; We had a lovely swim in the pool, played table tennis and sat on the terrace. The children (small and large) had a great time; what a (play) area, an adventurous forest, the hot tub and not to forget the horses that they were allowed to help care for and even take a ride on. The house was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the peace and space and had a fantastic holiday.
