We happened to end up at Pension Metzner for dinner and were thrilled! The paprika cream schnitzel with sweet potato fries was simply delicious - perfectly seasoned and wonderfully prepared. The ambience was cozy and inviting, ideal for a relaxing evening. We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were not only extremely friendly, but also showed real host qualities. You immediately feel welcome here. We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant! A real insider tip in Oberwiesenthal!

Highly recommended! We were there in the evening with three people. The three of us ordered schnitzel and were very satisfied. There was a group of about 8 people sitting at the table next to us, most of whom had ordered burgers and said that they also enjoyed it fantastically.The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice and the price-performance ratio was very good. We sat in the part of the restaurant that looks like a winter garden, it was modern, yet cozy and very clean.We were all very impressed and would highly recommend this place. We won't have been there for the last time yet! Thank you!!!

It's a shame that a "schnitzel parlor" uses ready-made schnitzel. The atmosphere is modern.

Nice location with good food, unfortunately the service took a little long.The second time around, we unfortunately waited over an hour for schnitzel and hamburgers with fries. Guests who arrived 20 minutes after us had their food sooner. For me it was the last time.

We can't say anything about the rooms, we just had dinner and didn't stay overnight. Food was tasty and quickly served at the table. Staff very friendly.We will definitely come back on our next vacation

We were there to eat. The atmosphere is very nice, the food was very tasty and the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the food (about 1 hour). Other guests who came after us had their food Our son was given a coloring book with pens for the long wait. After we asked, we were offered that our son could at least get his food and they apologized for the long wait.

Great restaurant right on the way to Jaderpark, less than 2 minutes away.We ended the day here on the way back with delicious fresh fried potatoes and a burger. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, fair prices. We recommend.

For the second time (September 24th, 2023) to eat here. We are excited. thank you for your effortWe are here for the third time after 10 months (July 28, 2024). Drinks arrived quickly. After placing our order, the food arrived after 30 minutes. Everything was very well prepared and the taste was good as usual 👍.We'd love to come back!

There is a restaurant and schnitzel room outside.It's a better snack with molded meat from the fryer.Fresh schnitzel roast was probably not invented here 😃

Maybe not the prettiest restaurant from the outside, but we had very courteous service, the food was also very good and definitely worth it for the price. The ambience was also very good and the restaurant inside is very well decorated and friendly for many family sizes. Unfortunately we can't rate the rooms there because we didn't use them. We can only recommend the restaurant and look forward to eating there again next time.
