1. Service: Used wet towels that we had put on the floor to change were not replaced. The coffee pods were not refilled the next day.2. The pool seemed uncomfortably cold.3. Due to the idyllic outdoor location, a diverse range of restaurants seems essential for a comfortable stay. However, you could only choose between a buffet at a price of 30 EUR/person or an à la carte restaurant, which, despite being a Friday evening, only offered warm food until 8 p.m. When we ordered at 7:40 p.m., we were told that we could no longer order a warm meal, but that we could still enjoy the buffet. Overall, we had the impression that people were being specifically directed to the buffet, especially since the alternative offer was no longer available ahead of time. This impression was particularly reinforced by the fact that when we asked how to get to the à la carte restaurant, we were not given the direct and easy-to-find route, but were sent down the hotel stairs through the basement... The Ratskeller in Rheinsberg was then visited left nothing to be desired.4. The bed for the 3rd person creaked with every movement.

The hotel is quietly located in the harbor village of Rheinsberg, the ladies at the front office were very friendly both on arrival and departure and were also able to help with forgotten slippers. Otherwise, communication with the staff in the restaurant was sometimes difficult, which was sometimes unpleasant for both sides. The hotel doesn't necessarily meet a 4-star standard, one elevator hasn't worked at all since August 24, the other should have had maintenance since September 24 and has been running without it since then. Overall, there is only one elevator in operation for so many guests and the waiting time is sometimes long. The signage throughout the building is often confusing. The sauna area is certainly sufficient for the large number of guests, but it doesn't invite you to linger as there are few opportunities to lie down or even just sit down. This makes it almost impossible to have multiple sauna sessions. Since you can see through the pool to the restaurant, you feel like you're on a serving plate. Maybe there is another solution for this. That you can look out but not in?

The first thing that needs to be mentioned is that ALL employees are worth NOTHING, they just have to work.There are also massive technical problems in the house with the elevator, sauna, fire alarm center and the like, which are not taken care of in any way.Structural problems such as leaky roofs, loose balcony railings, slippery balconies and terraces appear to be normal.It is important that guests pay properly once and everything is good.4.5 stars are more than exaggerated!Maybe you should rethink the philosophy of the house!This review comes from a SHORT-TERM hotel employee, but I can't and don't want to continue to take the pissing off of the guests.It is touted with great words everywhere, but compliance is a foreign concept.Even kids club users have to clean up themselves or pay for it.Despite advertising for it, there hasn't been a fitness room for years!However, guests can “only” use the studio 7km away.I could go on about my disappointment with this company for a while, but anyone who books THERE will agree with me.Best regardsThe STILL employed Night Auditor M. We have been guests in this beautiful hotel for the second time. Once again we were happy with the great service. The room was very clean, the breakfast was very rich and tasty. The staff is always friendly and small concerns are dealt with immediately. The wellness area is well designed. The massage is particularly recommended, many thanks to the very friendly staff. It was another great break, and that's why we'll be back next year.

We've been to the Precise Resort Hafendorf Rheinsberg several times now and it's getting worse from time to time. There is now always no extra bed for my child, and when you ask at reception whether we would get our extra bed, they say that it will be in the room by 9 p.m. at the latest. This is fine so far, but if you then ask again where the extra bed is, you will be presented with a list that states that the extra bed is already in the room. When we went to our room to check, of course it wasn't there. The swimming pool is very large with a children's pool and a 25 meter long and I think 8 meter wide swimming pool. The breakfast gets worse every time. The rolls taste more like 3-day-old milk rolls and the plates are more than just dirty. Restocking is usually only done if the employees are asked about it. The room is mediocre. Although it has a minibar and a huge TV, smoking is permitted on the balconies, which means you don't have to sit outside on the balcony. For 3 people we only had 2 bathrobes and toiletries for one person.

This hotel is a wellness oasis. Beautiful wooded surroundings. The hotel is picturesquely laid out on the water with a delightful little lighthouse that invites you to take a walk. The rooms are modern and equipped with very comfortable beds. The service is exemplary. Whether reception or all service staff. The buffet is very varied and offers culinary delights for every taste. Definitely worth a recommendation. We would love to come back.

We have been to the hotel many times. The name changes occasionally, but fortunately the atmosphere remains the same. The breakfast brunch is fantastic, the rooms are like new and the spa area is very relaxing. You can take a romantic walk outside and unwind.

The location of the hotel is very nice on the lake.However, it is difficult for people who arrive by train to get out of there. When asked about a company that rents out rental cars, they just stared at you. The hallways are very poorly ventilated and long distances. Elevator situation is bad.The pool is really big, but the water is very cold, so you don't necessarily want to stay there for very long.The breakfast buffet was "normal" scrambled eggs, fried eggs cold despite the warming plate...Sausage taken out of the packaging and placed on the plate...The dinner: antipasti, cold starters were okay....the main courses: somehow without a plan and often already cold and without taste....the desserts: 100 percent tasteless...

If I could criticize anything at all, it would be that you can tell that the hotel is starting to get old and keeping it modern while it's still in operation isn't child's play for a property of this size. But that doesn't detract from your relaxation!You don't go here because of the hotel room, but because of the location and it is unique.

Beautiful holiday complex in a specially built harbor village. The houses can be rented for vacation. We only went for a walk there so I don't know any rooms or prices. But if you are in Rheinsdorf it is worth a visit to the harbor village!!!

Since this is not our first time here, we can only convey good things. The hotel is in a very quiet location and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. There are rooms with a harbor view and a bay view on the other side. It's all a question of price and occupancy. The rooms are in a clean, comfortable condition where you can spend the night comfortably. Savings & wellness offers with existing booking. Sauna and swimming pool are included in the price. Bathrobes and large towels are also provided.All I can say is that if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is the right place for you. 5 🌟 from me.

We were here for 3 days. We thought it was great, the staff, especially at dinner we had a very nice employee who entertained us and looked after us very well. My daughter also thought she was great. Breakfast and dinner were great and varied, there was something for everyone .The wellness area was also great. We had the aroma back massage highly recommended. The pool was also good. So we'll definitely be back. Ideal for a few days to relax.

I wanted to do wellness, but unfortunately it wasn't possible. Shower in the sauna area broken, studio closed because it is being renovated, no craftsmen seen. Restaurant closed.Breakfast selection was good, dinner in buffet form, below all standards. My short vacation was not a relaxation.

A very nice hotel, we had a room with a lake view and therefore a great view of the lighthouse from the balcony. Breakfast buffet was great, dinner buffet got better day by day. Location is something for people who want to have a lot of peace and quiet. Our wishes and concerns were always dealt with very quickly and, above all, with a lot of friendliness. The winter duvet was already there, we wanted a thinner one - it was done promptly. Toilet paper was forgotten to refill once, notified once and it was done immediately. Very nice employees and always helpful, competent and also available for a joke. Definitely recommended!!
