We spent wonderful, relaxing winter days here. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, bathrooms are very modern and well maintained. We were also greeted by two beers in the fridge and Uwe's homemade cake! Uwe and Oliver are great hosts, with a lot of passion for their property. It feels like everything here has been thought through down to the last detail! Clear recommendation for a great break!

The accommodation was very clean and tastefully decorated. We had booked breakfast, which was always left in front of the door in a picnic basket before 8 in the morning, and the cake that was always included was great.Included was the Guti card where you could take part in various leisure activities.Bowls and a basket were also provided for our dog. Parking is also available.The hosts were very nice and also gave recommendations for various restaurants.It was a great weekend!

The Montara Suites are located above Bodenmais and have a fantastic view of the valley, framed by an impressive mountain panorama.The suites are very tastefully and comfortably furnished.Everything is available that people and animals need for a relaxing holiday.Uwe and Oliver are super nice hosts and are wonderfully supported by the two four-legged housekeepers Phoebe and Layla!The surrounding area offers everything you could wish for for a wide range of requirements.We have already stayed at the Montara Suites twice and will definitely vacation there again!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Montara Suites for 2 weeks at the beginning of September in the "Bergblick Suite" with a view of the Silberberg and the town.The apartment was very nicely furnished with everything you need, including 2 bathrooms if you are in a hurry.The balcony is spacious and well equipped, we would have liked to use it more often (the weather was mixed - but you stay dry when it rains).The house is located above Bodenmais, the terrace is beautifully designed with natural stone and there is a carport available for the car. Since the carport is on a slope, you have to be careful when opening the car doors in case a neighboring car is parked there.As an extra service, you can have bread rolls delivered or a complete breakfast. We ordered 2 different breakfast options (breakfast basket with reusable packaging) for 2 days and were very satisfied.The homemade cake, which was available upon arrival, in the breakfast basket or just outside the door, was particularly delicious. Unfortunately, we “slept through” the invitation to homemade waffles, but it smelled good.The hosts themselves are super friendly and open.And with the AktivCard you could do a lot in the area for free or at a discount, so there should be something for everyone.We would love to come back if we vacation there again.

Very nice holiday apartments above Bodenmais with a view of the Silberberg and the town. Very nice hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable. From there, some hiking trails as well as leisure activities and restaurants are easily accessible.

Everything was really great in the Montara Suites, a real feel-good holiday 😎 Breakfast is delivered fresh to your room door every day. With the AktivCard you could do a lot of things for free. Thank you to the hosts for a great week of vacation! We'd love to come by again!

Very lovingly managed and guest-oriented apartment hotel.Beautiful overall facilities & special mention should be made of the warm friendliness & willingness to service of the two owners OLIVER & UWE.Breakfast is also very unusual. It is delivered to your door in a picnic basket in the morning and is of exquisite quality and richness.Furthermore, there are those that are almost like"Prominent" among the two dogs.P H O E B E & L A Y L A worth mentioning.Finally, it should be said that from each of the apartments you can enjoy a breathtaking view over Bodenmais, the surrounding mountains and the magical Silberberg.Conclusion...Recreation is guaranteed through countless activities that you can experience on foot and by car...This is my second, but definitely not the last, time in this enchanting place. Its friendly citizens & its very good restaurants, shops & great leisure activities have finally convinced us...

Very nice accommodation, we were there for the second time. This time with two children and a dog.Special high chairs were provided for the children and a stair gate was also available. Towels and bed linen were also available. Bowls, towels and even treats and poop bags were available for the dog. Really perfect.Oh...and we also got cake - very tasty!

We go to Bodenmais every year to the Villa Montarra Suite. It would have to be the 15th year. Enjoy, have fun hiking. Super cozy and ideal for relaxing and enjoying. Cross-country ski trails on the Bretterschächte are super good.We have snow this year too.The place is simply alive. It's all very safe.

An absolute recommendation, many hoteliers can learn here what real hospitality looks like. Super-equipped suites, perfectly clean with everything your heart desires. A very dog-friendly house without you feeling disturbed in any way. Everything is also of the finest quality for the four-legged friends: dog bed, food bowls, poop bags, toys, even a dog shower and dog towels. Gladly again at any time and thanks to the hosts. Feel good with all your senses.
