The holiday home is in a very modern, visually very cozy condition. The view from the terrace of the fields and forest was enchanting. My dog was very excited about the large green area with a playground.The security measures in the house are commendable - motion detectors and door access only with a code - I've never had that before.The interior is beyond everything - everything was really clean - especially the bathrooms were completely hygienic and in perfect condition - no signs of mold or wear in the very spacious shower and bathtub - that's exemplary. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also a rarity in holiday apartments. Everything is thought of - in every room. Even allergy pillows were available. Top!!!The furniture was all in new, modern condition - you really feel at home.I will definitely book this favorite again as I go to the beautiful, down-to-earth spa region several times a year.

We had a great stay in this beautiful house. With 3 families spread across the two apartments, there was enough room and space for everyone. The spacious outdoor area also offers many opportunities to sit or lie down and enjoy the landscape.Various hiking trails can be easily reached from the house. Shops are only 10 minutes away by car. A tip for bad weather is to visit the Rottal Therme.We can definitely recommend the Lagies family’s chalet by the stream! Definitely we'll come back.

Unfortunately we were visiting my sister and brother-in-law and rented this house for three weeksNo rest to sleep Tractors until 11:00 p.m. The house is right next to the road, no hiking trails on site as described in the ad and no bike pathsThe floor on the upper floor creaks, so you couldn't sleep downstairs at all. On the ground floorNot a fully automatic coffee machine as described, but just a normal coffee machineYou could write a lot more about what was missingNormally the vacation would have had to be canceled after three daysBut you still had some other things to sort out, so you had to stayUnfortunately the photo and comments can be misleadingOnce and never again

Dear Lagies family, we had very relaxing days in your studio apartment for the third time. The apartment is perfect for two people with a dog. It is very tastefully and high-quality furnished and is quietly located. The two terraces have a lot of light and sun, so even in February we enjoyed the winter sun with a thick jacket. Our dog had a great time sniffing around in the huge garden, which is at ground level. THANKS. We'd love to come back.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this perfectly furnished holiday apartment is the right place for you.Surrounded by forests, fields and meadows, you can completely switch off here.In Bad Birnbach, with a great market square and beautiful alleys that can be reached in 5 minutes by car, there is everything you need in terms of gastronomy and shopping. Many excursion destinations are easily accessible by car and hiking trails are right in front of the house.
