You can't get any closer to the beach. Simply wonderful.

A lot has changed for the worse here, unfortunately not recommended.

First the negative: 3 nights, reservation booking through the tourist office on one of the extremely narrow places "in Erlengrund", practically no privacy. WiFi doesn't work well. Only 3 men's toilets for 171 parking spaces, that's a joke! Therefore only 3 stars. Overall, it's a huge facility with 750(!) seats stretching over several km, corresponding to mass operations. Positive: Sanitary facilities are quite new, regular cleaning, great location right on the beautiful beach, very professional processing when registering. Next time just a different camping area of ​​the 5 offered, then gladly again!

Great campsite, nice pitches, friendly staff, we had a great time and will be back.

- Nature camping on the beach, Ueckeritz .. 08.2024- ——————————————-- As described on the internet, a very, very beautiful beach. ..- A great new reception..- Brand new sanitary facilities- But that was it. !!!-- From 3 a.m. onwards, the cars/delivery trucks drive (speed) along the only small asphalt road that leads across the square. This goes on until very late at night and into the morning despite a night's sleep!- During the day there is a lot of traffic on this asphalt road, there are always cars, motorcycles, fast ones, eBikes and in between the little children with their little scooters... This goes on around the clock..- Anyone who thinks that the rest times are observed due to the barriers being closed. This is false. Since the campsite is 4.5 km long, residents use their vehicles to get to the toilet...- The fact that terrible accidents don't happen here every day is nothing short of a miracle!- On the only asphalt road that leads across the square, people urinate day and night because the way to the toilet 🚽 is too far... It doesn't matter whether small children or people go there or not..- On the first night around 1:00 a.m. we were allowed to witness a marital argument with a club... Of course the police had to come.- Often loud party music and bawling until early in the morning, from the tent sections with booming bass...- On the second night 11:00 p.m. We had just fallen asleep. A fireworks display with presumably illegal firecrackers, so that you thought gas bottles were exploding...- You can imagine what that does to dogs and small children...- To our personal, perfect luck, we had a place where the neighbors had five children and 3 dogs (nothing against children) who hopped around on rubber toys around our breakfast and dinner table all day long.- Of course, this family also had three large dogs that barked loudly every second.- At breakfast the delivery vehicles, garbage collection, cars were constantly driving through.- Since the wind mostly comes from the sea, we had the exhaust fumes day and night... (space right on the street).- The engines were running loudly and there was constant construction noise from the department store - which of course has to be rebuilt during the peak season in August!!!- As described on the internet, you don't need an alarm clock either..⏰ The breakfast/bread cart rings loudly. For the first time at 7:00 a.m. with an electric 🛎️ bell .. Then it comes about 3 more times so that you don't oversleep...- Every day, especially in the evening, the drunks walked across the property between the mobile homes / plots and tents to get to the toilets 🚽.- The paths were too far for them to use. Of course they tripped over the tent ropes and barriers.- Of course, the dogs then attacked every time.. -- Babies and children cried as a result..- The place is open to the back and from the sea side, which means that there were probably a lot of illegal people on the place.- You could tell that a lot of people didn't have sanitary opener cards and let others open the door for them.- We hadn't seen anything from SECURITY or STAFF who ensure order day and night for two weeks...!!- The money 💰 almost 700 € for 2 weeks was paid to us IN ADVANCE. .- Otherwise we would probably have left immediately on or after the first day…-- OUR CONCLUSION: NEVER AGAIN!!! Nature campsite on the beach in Ückeritz!!!

There were three of us here, me with the camper and my friends with the motorhome. Registration was friendly, quick and smooth :-)I was amazed at the huge area (my first time camping) and the pitch was “Am Deich”. Unfortunately there is no privacy, open in all directions. The sanitary facilities were easily accessible and clean in both directions (bicycle/on foot). Locations were good so far. With the Usedom card you could do a lot, all journeys were free. Train, tourist train, shuttle bus. The beach was a dream and the forest on the other side was perfect for walking the dog.What makes me sick, however, are the people urinating who regularly walked across the small road into the forest dunes. Below the dunes there were lots of paper towels lying next to them. What I also didn't like was the many cyclists who used the campsite as a passage from other places, sometimes very fast and cheeky.All in all, it was a richer experience for me.There are definitely more comfortable places.

Quite a large campsite.Unfortunately there are far too few washrooms and washing up facilities.The beach is very nice and also right at the campsite.No WiFi and if you want to watch TV you need at least 40m antennas and power cables if you have a place like we do

A place for caravans, divided into zones. A lot of people. Not much space for a tent.

Music is booming everywhere here and people are shouting until late into the night. NOBODY is keeping the night's rest and no one is checking. Cars run continuously between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Completely unsuitable for families.Ultimately, the high price is not justified for what you get. No Wi-Fi hotspots, no lounges, no waste separation, the beach is littered (cigarette butts everywhere), dogs on the beach despite being banned. The unfriendly service comes on top of that.I strongly advise families with children not to stay at this campsite.
