We felt completely comfortable in our holiday apartment. The hostess and daughter-in-law are very friendly and accommodating. If we come to Bodenmais again, we would be happy to get a holiday apartment in this house again. Our dog also felt right at home.

We were once again in the Pension Leutner holiday apartment. As always very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. The host was very nice and once again gave us great tips for restaurants and hiking trails. Thank you again for this, without these tips we probably wouldn't have seen a lot.

We spent a week in the holiday "apartment" with our 1-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, as I have read in other reviews, we were promised more space. The holiday APARTMENT cannot really be described as an apartment, but is more of a spacious guesthouse room - but not suitable for two adults.The bathroom is tiny, the sink is too small to wash your face. Shower separate, inside (adjacent to the bedroom) and without ventilation. This means you always have humidity in the bedroom. And the worst thing for us, which we definitely didn't expect when we called it a "2-room holiday apartment": There is no real door between the living/kitchen area and the bedroom! Instead, there is just a plastic folding door that blocks out neither light nor sound. The sofa is very small and not inviting for two people to relax there comfortably. If you open a suitcase and have set up a cot, you can no longer turn or turn around in the holiday "apartment", it is so narrow. The kitchenette was very poorly equipped compared to other holiday apartments where we have already holidayed (pots without lids, empty washing up liquid, only one tea towel available, no rubbish bags, etc.).However, the rooms were very clean, except for the high chair. The bread roll service (which unfortunately didn't work as ordered every day) and the spacious sun terrace and balcony were positive. Nevertheless, the apartment is no longer an option for us. When we book a holiday apartment, we also want the appropriate space and amenities (which are taken for granted elsewhere), and not a guesthouse room that is sold as a holiday apartment.

We stayed in the Leutner holiday home. A very nice holiday apartment, tastefully furnished, you feel comfortable from the first moment. There is simply nothing missing, even very lovingly decorated. We were thrilled and can only recommend them. In addition, the contact with the landlord was very good and uncomplicated. Gladly again. Thank you for the wonderful time in the Bavaria apartment.

We were in the guesthouse for 1 week. Since we have a dog 🐕 and he can't be alone...😉 we had breakfast in the apartment. What was nice about the apartment was the wonderful, large balcony. The hostess prepared a pot of coffee and rolls for us in the morning.The apartment was functional. A comfortable double bed. The bathroom was quite small. Separate shower. The living room with a small kitchen and dining table is ok. However, we were happy that the weather was so nice, so we were able to have breakfast on the balcony every day. Thanks to the wonderful balcony and the beautiful weather, there was enough space. We have achieved a lot on foot and there are many places to stop for refreshments within 10 minutes.Thank you

We liked it very much. Starting with the friendly/warm welcome, the beautiful room and the rich breakfast. We enjoyed our stay in a central but quiet location and can recommend the house without hesitation 😊👍

Very great hospitality, helpful and always friendly, it couldn't be better.Very good breakfast with fresh products.Our comfort room was well equipped, but the TV and bathroom were very small, but this didn't spoil the overall impression. Totally recommended.Great value for money.

Absolutely great guesthouse. The hostess cannot be beaten with her warmth and willingness to help. Breakfast was great..Even gluttons get more than enough...the excitement over counted rolls????......Shame on you!!!10 points************
