Simply extraordinary!Great staff, incredibly beautiful and cozy room, if you want with a great view.Sauna and breakfast are included in the price of the room. The sauna or thermal bath extends over two floors and is simply a dream.Panorama pool, panorama sauna and panoramic relaxation room offer a great view, but you can also enjoy the great view in the restaurant, sky bar or on the terrace.The breakfast offers a numerous and very tasty selection, individual dishes and coffee are served on site and are included in the breakfast. The service is excellent.There is also a small bag in the rooms for the sauna area with a bathrobe, slippers and a towel that you can take with you to the spa.The room is also equipped with a coffee machine and water, these drinks are included in the price. There is also a minibar where you can help yourself to a drink at an additional cost. A safe and television are also available in the room, as well as fresh towels and toiletries.Definitely worth a stay and if you don't want to spend the night there, you can also use the spa.There are also two delicious restaurants on site.I could rave about this forever, but you just have to see it for yourself!

We stayed at the Burghotel Staufeneck for two days and had a really great time! You can just tell that the hotel and the restaurants are family-run and everyone is passionate about what they do. The complex is an absolute dream with the beautiful and modern rooms, the infinity pool and the modern spa area and more than deserves 5 stars. The food in the adjacent restaurant was also excellent.We would love to come back soon!

Not a really warm welcome on arrival. We had to take our suitcases to the room ourselves and there was no porter. We arrived too early, but our room was made available immediately. Definitely a plus. The air conditioning filters were full of dust, the room is too large for 1 air conditioner, which keeps it very warm and the beds are not comfortable. Otherwise a neat room. The swimming pool is great and there is good service at the pool. We also had a delicious meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was good but not enough staff. The breakfast lady had to do it on her own and was quite stressed. Which we understand, but in a 5 star hotel this should not actually happen. Checking out went well and we received a nice gift. All in all a great hotel but the service could be better.

Dinner was excellent for us. Breakfast was good, but not outstanding. Great view. The spa was new and nice, but unfortunately we couldn't find a changing room. The room was a bit old. Bathroom blind broken. TV first without power and then almost without reaction. No blackout. Fridge warm. Rain shower totally calcified. Stay was relaxed and nice, price/performance tends to keep us from coming back.....Update: My response to the hotel's response:I warned the TV. The other deficiencies became apparent during the course of our stay or we simply accepted them.But it was certainly not my duty to waste our short stay with complaints and changing rooms.

Our stay at the Hotel Burg Staufeneck was an unforgettable experience. The incredibly friendly staff were a joy to behold and made our stay perfect from start to finish. The hotel itself is absolutely well equipped and everything is state-of-the-art in terms of technology and comfort. Particularly noteworthy is the culinary quality, which is clearly one of the top 10 in the Stuttgart area. An absolute highlight is the terrace, which impresses with its breathtaking view and cozy atmosphere. We are already looking forward to coming back soon and can highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We had the pleasure of being invited to a wedding and spent a weekend at Staufeneck Castle. It's nice to see and experience that high-quality gastronomy, coupled with hospitality and the effort to create a lasting experience, still has a chance in Germany. The charm of the building, the location and the interior are beyond any doubt.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. The view is wonderful. But:We were invited to a wedding in the hotel's premises - without an overnight stay.We decided at short notice to book a double room.When we got to our room at around 2:30 a.m., we found that the room was prepared as a single room: 1 set of bathrobe + hotel shoes, 1 set of pillows and 1 "normal" duvet. At this time we no longer reported to reception because we were missing a second duvet, but instead made arrangements with what we had.When checking out, I pointed out this problem and asked - given the price of €250 for the "double room" - that the hotel would accommodate the price.The concession was rejected without any fuss, even though I followed up three more times. Argument: You are sorry, but this was probably an oversight on the part of the chambermaid.For a 5* hotel with a stated price of €250, which can also be found on the hotel website, I would have expected a concession!

We had a great stay here as a group of girls. The location and facilities are fantastic, the wellness area with pool is new and really chic! The service was top and the breakfast was also great. The bathroom in my room was a bit small, but absolutely sufficient for a short stay. The rooms are very well insulated, and we didn't hear anything about the wedding that was taking place. A range of drinks in the pool area would have been nice, but that is now complaining at a high level. This was definitely not my last visit.

Location and hotel were okay, but I expect better service from a 5-star hotel. We wrote to the hotel directly and asked about the included services that were not provided. After waiting for days, we only received a flat standard letter by email with the succinct content that you would take care to improve the points. Again, this does not correspond to the service of a 5-star hotel, let alone one of the 101 best hotels in Germany!
