We've eaten at the inn several times now and every time it's been really great.Great, nice service, very good food and nice wine selection.In addition, you can sit very comfortably both in the dining room and outside. Outside in a courtyard under vines.No problem at all with a dog either.We'd love to come back any time!

We had dinner at Honigsack for the first time last night and were very, very pleasantly surprised. The young waiter was very friendly, courteous but also shy in a special way, but he still had everything in view.The food itself was excellent, fresh, very tasty and beautifully presented.Many thanks to the team and see you next time!🙏🏻😋😁

Cozy atmosphere with a great outdoor area. Cozy in summer and winter. Very friendly and courteous service. In addition to the menu, there is an extra menu that changes often and is adapted to the dishes of the season. I've tried a lot and have always been very satisfied with the price-performance ratio. Schnitzels are still made by hand in the honey bag. So far I haven't been able to find anything that comes from a ready-made mix. Because I'm allergic to glutamate and the like. There is also a nice large selection of local wines. All in all, I can give it 5 stars with a clear conscience.

In mid-March we had dinner in the restaurant on a Sunday evening for a long time: the dining room has been nicely renovated and modernized (probably during the Corona period). We sat next to the door in a sheltered corner, the green tiled stove provided a pleasant warmth. We are served quickly; the young waiter is extremely polite and professional. The food is tasty and attractively prepared by the young chef (he learned at Luther, Freinsheim - we found out). The food and wine selection on the menu is sufficient and the price is still OK. Conclusion: gladly again! Just try it out and enjoy.

A very nice, classic inn.The Palatinate specialties on offer are of high quality and taste excellent. The prices are rather cheap for the quality offered.The young man who served us was very friendly and attentive.Conclusion: all stars, highly recommended.

We went to Honigsäckel today based on a recommendation and felt very comfortable. The food was excellent and the service exemplary. We will visit the Honigsackel again.

We spent our wedding anniversary there this year and I have to say it was a complete success.Our table (reservation required) was lovingly set with florets.The food was fantastic, we were completely satisfied.The young waiter stayed discreetly in the background, but was there immediately if you had another request.I would also like to mention that there is a large parking lot.We say thank you very much.

Unfortunately, a service that is completely out of the question. Waited 10 minutes for the menu, soup was brought without a spoon, “I'll bring a spoon immediately” and then never came, the waiter didn't know the menu, my starter came together with the main course (both warm dishes), Jägerschnitzel with (far too thick) breading , fries in old fat, the same croutons in the salad and soup, service completely un-selfaware. “Was everything okay?” she asked in all seriousness. We definitely won't be coming back.

After a hike we stopped here and were pleasantly surprised...both the chanterelles with bread dumplings and the goulash were more than tasty, and the side salad was very tasty both visually and in taste....
